Role Overview:

As a Technical Web3.js/Blockchain Project Manager, you will lead blockchain projects using Web3.js technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence. Your responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, smart contract oversight, and blockchain architecture design. Experience with Ethereum, Polkadot, or Solana is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Web3.js projects, setting milestones and managing timelines
• Lead cross-functional teams, aligning goals and ensuring quality deliverables
• Oversee smart contract development and dApp project lifecycle
• Apply Agile methodologies, facilitating team productivity and growth

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot)
• Expertise in smart contract design and blockchain project management
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and regulatory compliance knowledge
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and quality assurance practices

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (PMP, Scrum Master, or blockchain certification preferred)

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 4 -7 years of experience as a software developer.
• At Least 3 years of experience in .net core C#, aws stack, ms sql server, mvc, nodejs experience is a plus
• Strong working knowledge in distributed event-driven messaging architecture/platform
• Strong knowledge in data access layer especially ability to work with stored procedure
• Established and stimulated software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
• Production experience with AWS stack
• Fluent English speaker

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with OOP languages.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices and SOA.
• Experience working with AWS Kinesis, Lambda, SQS, S3, ElastiCache, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, EventBridge, RDS, CloudWatch, APIGateway
• Experience designing and building high-performance scalable web services.
• Experience in REST API design and implementation.
• Experience in unit testing, test automation, and continuous delivery.
• Experience with stream-processing and message-broker software.

• 5+ Years Java/JEE development experience in an enterprise.
• 3+ Experience in #Grails Web Framework and #Groovy Language.

The role of a Training Manager is a fairly senior individual contributor role and will require you to work closely with sales leaders, the Quality team, and Business Development Executives and own the training delivery for one or more categories.
