The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates for our clients' open positions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and proven experience in identifying and recruiting top talent for various job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential candidates through various sources, such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.

- Engage with potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and interest in open job positions.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the needs of our clients.

- Coordinate with the sales team to understand the client's staffing requirements and provide appropriate candidate recommendations.

- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and finalize the hiring process.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates and build relationships.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to staffing and hiring practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
