Who are we looking for?

You are a first-principles product thinker who understands user journeys and is excited to improve the post-purchase experience through technology. You have a strong pulse on customer behavior, CX, and operational excellence, and have likely worked in B2C e-commerce environments.

As an Activity Planning Intern, you will design and execute engaging activities for students, contributing to their holistic development.

-You are currently working at Startups, VC or Tier 1 Consulting (McK, BCG, Bain, LEK, Parthenon, Kearney).

-Your current salary is within 18 LPA.

About the role:

-Enable performance measurement and tracking of key metrics for the partnerships vertical.

-Own competition analysis and Identify new business trends in the ecosystem. Provide the business team with insights to work on new features, competitive advantage and technology intelligence.

-Work on consumer spending data emerging from card usage and provide use cases for the business team to pursue partners.

-Comparative analysis between vendors/partners and recommend choices to the business team.  

Requirements:

-1-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting roles or research roles.

-Data interpretation, presentation and comparative analysis are must haves.

-Excellent communication skills

-MBA/Management graduate from tier1 B-school  - IIM/ISB/IIT/BITS/NIT/DU Colleges

＃Must be Proficient in Swift, Objective C, Apple’s Xcode IDE

＃Knowledge of frameworks and APIs like Foundation, UIKit, and CocoaTouch

＃Apple Human Interface Guidelines

＃OpenGL or Metal, iOS graphics APIs

＃Familiarity with iOS 10 and newer OS versions

＃Knack for benchmarking and optimization

＃Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)

＃Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

＃Using version control (e.g. SVN, GIT)

＃Excellent debugging and optimisation skills

＃Good to have backend development skills

1. As a part of ISA ERP development team Develop, test and implement scalable, maintainable, well documented, high-quality MVC / Web Application for Manufacturing or service industry.

2. The individual should have a good understanding of the Microsoft .NET Platform and MS SQL server and Stored procedures

3. Ensure adherence to standards of best engineering practice (code reviews, source code management, unit testing, etc.)

4. Help junior members in the team to get them up to speed and train them in coding practices.

Soft Skill:

• Self-driven, Motivated, Hardworking, Proactive, Good communication skill and documentation skill, should have experience in gathering business requirement and documentation. Should be a team player

Technical Skills:

• A must:- ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, Windows Azure, SQL Server, PL/SQL, ASP.NET using C# - SD [Primary], API creation PL SQL, Azure
• Desirable: - Knowledge on MVC dot net core
