A Business Development Executive (BDE) is a key player in a company's growth strategy. BDEs are responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, and for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Their responsibilities include: 

• Identifying new business opportunities: Researching markets and trends to find new clients and ways to serve existing clients better 
• Building relationships: Developing long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders 
• Driving revenue growth: Setting sales goals, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction 
• Managing the sales process: Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation 
• Collaborating with others: Working with senior team members to manage risks, and with the sales team to keep and grow accounts 
• Communicating with clients: Understanding client needs, offering solutions, and providing excellent customer service

We're seeking a qualified sales associate to sell annual car and bike Scotty subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. 

Job Location: Work from home

Selection process: HR Round followed by group discussion and sales manager round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Salary offered: As per industry standards

Working days: 6 days          Sunday is off

Shifts:10:00am -7:00pm

Job Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science or Engineering.

·     Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior–level Software Engineer

·     Excellent programming and debugging skills in C/C++and Python

·     Experience developing on Windows and Linux systems

·     Experience in automation of manual tasks

Although not required, the following are a plus: 

·     Experience working with Build scripts, Shell scripts, Makefiles

·     Experience with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools

·     Knowledge of RESTful web services and docker

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming or relevant field. Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred. 
• 5-7 years of relevant experience 
• Must be an expert programmer, skilled at computer languages such as HTML, C+++, C#, PHP, Python and Java. 
• Must understand Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JMS, Mysql, Redis, CouchDb, Micro Services, Docker, Kubernetes 
• Must be able to interpret and follow instructions related to the ultimate functionality of our IT-based product 

• Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS 
• Must be comfortable with technology architecture and how a computer and its software functions.

We're looking for Senior Node js backend developers with over 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in Javascript based development using Node js and Express. We are looking for cadidates who are go-getters and are leaning towards leadership positions. Candidates must have a proven history of building, scaling, optimising and securing Node js based backends and APIs using a microservice architecture.

Bonus Skill : Experience with ReactJs, Postgres

We would prefer candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving their notice period.
