Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Android Engineer at Digio your responsibilities will be:
- Drive Digio SDKs, Libraries, App development in Java, Kotlin and Flutter.
- Take care of performance and security Android level.
- Keep it crash free, modular, perfectly memory managed for mass level usage.
- Usage of Java based REST APIs and backend level developments.
- Drive Android level development as well around available AI, ML and Vision Android libraries.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech. (CS/IT) / B.Sc. (CS) / M.Tech. / MCA.
- Experience suitable to above mentioned requirements around Android. IOS experience is plus.
- Experience in creating Android Apps from scratch.
- Experience with Kotlin, Flutter. Experience with Dagger.
- Experience in dealing with WebViews - Javascript and Native android communications.
- Good low level and High level software design and architecture skills, experience of working with distributed environments.
- Have good understanding on Android and IOS internals and memory management.
- Fast learning abilities.
- 3-5 years of experience and at least 2 years working with product company.
- As an independent, self-motivated, and an avid technologist, you should have a strong interest in mobile and intuition for UX and consumer behaviour
- Up to date knowledge of Android (Jetpack and RxPatterns)
- Experienced in publishing and maintaining apps in play store
- Excellent Java programming skills
- Experienced in writing testable code & unit tests
- Experience with the Kotlin programming language a plus

What you will do:
- Designing and implementing effective campaigning strategy to meet the business goals
- Planning and ensuring innovative, quality and relevant campaigns of the company’s products/services across various digital platforms
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of online marketing campaigns and recommending proper measures to the management, to improve the performance
- Strategizing and ensuring effective digital marketing by focusing on quality content marketing
- Creating and designing relevant, original and quality content to be marketed on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter etc. to target the right audience
- Developing content guidelines for tone, style, images, text and voice of all content and ensuring they are followed
- Being updated and well educated about the company’s business to accordingly create content and market the same on various platforms
- Generating qualified leads attributed to digital mediums
- Forecasting and delivering lead targets based on the budget and cost per lead goal and also reporting on actual results against the forecast, to the management
- Contributing towards planning relevant budgets and managing the same by ensuring effective media spend
- Tracking, analyzing and monitoring current marketing trends and techniques and accordingly recommending steps to the management
- Being updated and well educated about the company’s business to accordingly market the same by campaigning on various platforms
- Handling and ensuring the compliance of rules while managing various contracts and renewals related to digital marketing

Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- Minimum of 3 – 4 years in digital marketing

• Lead end-to-end IT needs of the division and build a strong full-stack delivery team
• Lead directly (hands-on) the building and running of best-in class platform for online learning
and application portal
• Incorporate key features including adaptive learning, analytics tracking capabilities,
streamlining application processes on the portal, machine learning for automatic university
recommendation system
• Ensure scalability, performance, resilience and device portability of the platform, including
adequate backups, disaster recovery, pen testing, network security etc. to avoid data
breaches, given the high volume of sensitive data
