Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and supporting presales activities for IT services and infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social platforms

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Develop relationships with clients across SMBs and enterprises

Client Engagement

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions

• Conduct product/service presentations and demos

• Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment

Presales Activities

• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial quotations

• Assist in solution design discussions with internal teams

• Follow up on proposals and close deals

Account Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

What Youll Do:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
