NodeJS Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with deep expertise in backend engineering and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver, effective communicator, and proven mentor capable of leading development initiatives while ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to multiple backend development projects ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and gather requirements.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Develop detailed HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
• Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize performance, concurrency, and scalability of applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Support and troubleshoot production issues, providing L3 support as required.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to improve applications and processes.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices within the team.
• Actively participate in recruitment and talent-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of strong professional experience in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
• Proficiency in MERN stack (preferred but must be heavy on Node.js).
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance profiling expertise.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems (Git) and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented and service-oriented application development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in team settings with high ownership.

Extensive experience in building applications using .NET Core

Proficient in C# with strong coding skills, including multithreading and core concepts.

Proficient in SQL Server with hands-on experience

Solid experience in ASP.NET Core MVC development

Expertise in building RESTful services using Web API

Strong background in Entity Framework and Dapper

Experience with ADO.NET

Familiarity with client-side frameworks like jQuery and JavaScript

Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Experience working with Git repositories

Familiarity with Jira for project management

Job Description:

· Implement a robust set of services and APIs to power the back-end application

· Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

· Implementation of security and data protection

· Follow and understand architecture design and implementation on
development, testing, implementation, and documentation.

· Conduct reviews and conduct team training on the complex features of NodeJS.

· Analyze business/functional requirements and translate them into
concrete tasks

Skill Set Required:

· Experienced in NodeJs or any NodeJS frameworks

· Experienced & Good knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

· Exposure to Cloud Environments like AWS, MS Azure or Google Cloud

· Knowledge of an interest in Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum

· Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI)

To be the right fit, you'll need: 

• Experience of total 4+ years working on PHP and Drupal 7,8 Development (at least 2+ years  in Drupal 8) 
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, CSS 
• Experience with Drupal architecture, best practices and coding standards 
• Knowledge on Views, Services etc. 
• Experience in custom module and theme creation 
• Familiar with sub version control systems such as Git or SVN 
• Basic knowledge of environment setup for Linux distribution

• 3+ years of recent hands-on Java development
• Java, Python, JavaScript programming languages
• Fluency with RESTful APIs, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS
• Great understanding of designing for performance, scalability, and reliability of data intensive application
• Understanding of database fundamentals and advanced SQL knowledge
• In-depth understanding of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
• Understanding of full software development life cycle, agile development and continuous integration
• Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

What puts you over the top:

• Exposure to various technologies like Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes and also some frontend technologies like React.js, Node.js or other UI frameworks.

●  Experience in AdTech or Programmatic

MUST HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE IN SPRING BOOT, NODE JS, ANGULAR JS, REACT JS, JAVASCRIPT,JAVA, HTML/CSS.
