Software Engineer (.Net Developer)

·    What you’ll be doing:

  Architecting and delivering mid to large scale Enterprise Applications on Microsoft Platform.

·      Recommending and participating in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Application Architecture.

Delivering projects on time with quality.

·      Provide technical leadership regarding technology or project to customers and team members

·      Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies and knowledge related to recent, current and up-coming vendor products and solutions.

·      Participate in technical forums and discussion within the team and with clients.

·      Guides and mentors’ team in terms of technical solutioning.

What you’ll bring to the team:

·      You have 15+ years of experience in Strong design & coding experience in Dot net framework using design patterns & OOPs concepts.

·      You have practical knowledge & good understanding of cross technology and functional domains, programming concepts and logical approach for problem solving.

You hold rich experience on web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC5, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, AJAX, XML and CSS.

·      You have experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions, customizing C#, ASP.Net applications using development tools like Visual Studio 2010/2012.

Responsibilities:

- Interface with product owners and software architects to review and finalize requirements

- Participate in the full SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

of new features and applications

- Actively lead and participate in agile ceremonies (Standups, Refinements, Retrospectives, Planning,

and Requirement discussions)

- Communicate effectively, clearly, and thoroughly with the Scrum Team and Stakeholders

- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems

- Design, develop and modify software applications/systems according to specifications

- Develop technical documentation including services, object, and data model

- Create high quality code and perform code reviews

- Create unit and integration tests to ensure the code quality and functionality

- Proactively learn and share knowledge of technology and compare advantages and disadvantages of

alternative solutions/technologies

- Identify areas needing process improvements and see them through to resolution

- Support and coach other Developers, provide technical guidance

- Help onboard new team members

• Design, develop, implement, test and support new Sitecore 8.2 features defined by business project team.
• Participate in discussions with product owner to refine requirements.
• Work with the rest of the development team, helping where appropriate

• Certified senior or semi-senior Sitecore developer with 4+ years Supporting and Developing Sitecore solutions (must have)
• Senior or semi-senior MVC C# developer (must have)
• 4+ years experience with front end development: javascript, css, HTML. (must have) • Experience with personalization features and xDB with MongoDB (nice to have) • Familiar with secure coding practices - how to prevent SQL injections, Encrypted traffic, etc

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of work experience in the development background, with at least 2 years experience in Java, Spring, Sprint Boot, Hibernate or JPA, MySQL, Oracle, Spring MVC.
• B.E. degree in Computer Science, Graduate in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Core JAVA, Spring, Spring Boot Frameworks.
• Experience with ORM's like Hibernate.
• Good knowledge of developing RESTful web services using Spring Boot, Java1.x,Servlet2.4, JSP2.0, JDBC3.0, Java Mail, Struts2.x, HTML, HTML5, Angular7+, JavaScript, JSF, Bootstrap2.x-3.x, JQuery & CSS 3.x, Maven 3.x, Apache Tomcat7
• Knowledge of Cloud AWS.
• Experience in any Messaging Queue e.g. Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.
• Experience on Web services with REST and SOAP.
• Experience working on tool set like Eclipse IDE, SQL clients.
• Experience using application server like Jboss, TomCat, Wildfly, glassfish.
• Experience in using tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN
• Ability to write SQL queries to fetch data.
• Knowledge of Micro services, Redis Cache and Mongo DB (or any other NoSQL) is good to have
