Job Overview:

BMS Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of building management systems, which control and monitor various aspects of building. The role is important for ensuring the smooth functioning of a building's systems and providing service and Operation support.

Responsibilities:

Ø Manage and supervise a team of service engineers and technicians who perform maintenance and service tasks on BMS equipment’s.

Ø Ensure the availability of spare parts and resources necessary to perform repairs and maintenance activity for complete cycle.

Ø Set objectives, monitor team performance, and ensure work is completed on time and to required standards.

Ø Oversee the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance services for BMS systems.

Ø Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments with clients.

Ø Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance checks and emergency repairs for BMS-related systems.

Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding BMS service-related inquiries and issues.

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns proactively.

Ø Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.

Ø Support clients in upgrading their BMS systems with new technologies or integrating Provide high-level technical support for service-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems that may arise within BMS systems.

Ø Ensure that all BMS systems and operations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Ø Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment performance.

Ø Generate regular reports for clients and management on system status, service outcomes, and energy usage.

Ø Track and report on budgetary performance, costs, and resource allocation, invoicing and AR collection from time to time.

Ø Assist with the development and management of the BMS service department's budget.

Ø Ensure that service operations are cost-effective and within the budget while maintaining high standards.

Ø Identify areas for continuous improvement in BMS services and processes.

Ø Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in building management systems and incorporate them into service offerings.

Role Objective

• The objective of the role is to provide independent assurance to management and audit committee on status of risks in various functions and recommendation for controls improvements, based on in – house audits as well as co – sourced audits.

Job Responsibilities

• Periodic review based on approved annual audit plan, on suitability of internal controls in place, and suggest alternatives.

• Make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor department’s response and implementation • Ensuring closure of audit issues identified in various audits

• Support in implementing policies, SOPs and processes

• Determine and report on compliance with policies and procedures as set by the management

• Support in planned activities such as stock – take of assets

• Support in investigations, if any, arising out of company whistleblower policy

• ERM follow ups and risk closures

• Support Audit Committee related activities Measure of Success (KRA’s)

• Completion of all in – house/ outsourced audit areas identified

• Rollout of policies & procedures as highlighted in previous audit issues/ as required by management

• Overall assessment of improvement in controls/ awareness

• Completion of other planned and adhoc activities

• Timely follow up and Closure of audit issues, feedback from auditees

• ERM process stabilization, updation and risks closures

• Support Audit Committee activities, preparation of ACM deck etc.

Job Specifications Minimum Education Chartered Accountant (minimum), additionally preferred – Certified Internal Auditor(CIA)/ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)/ Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Job Description Template| H.R. Minimum/Relevant Experience 8 yrs experience (Sr Manager)- experience in risk based audits, process audits, SOX implementation, ERM implementation, forensics, IT audits etc.

Past Industry Experience Preferably experienced in Media Industry but not a prerequisite Currently working in Big 4 audit firms in IA vertical

Your Day-to-Day

1. Derive Insights and drive major strategic projects to improve Business Metrics and take responsibility for cost efficiency and Revenue management across the country
2. Perform Market research, Post Mortem analyses on competitor expansion and Market Penetration patterns. 
3. Provide in-depth business analysis and data insights for internal stakeholders to help improve business. Derive and launch projects in order to reduce the gaps between targeted and projected business metrics
4. Responsible for optimizing Carsome’s C2B and B2C customer acquisition and Dealer retention funnel. Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to create, produce and implement creative digital marketing campaigns and drive CRM initiatives and strategies 
5. Analyse the Revenue flows and processes large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas for Carsome across SE-Asia
6. Lead commercial projects & process mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools and processes.
7. Having experience in analyses and insights in dealing on Unit Economics, COGs and P&L will be preferred ,but not mandatory
8. Use Business Intelligence and Data Science tools to answer the appropriate business problems using SQL, Tableau or Python.
9. Coordinate with HQ Data Insights Team and manage internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects
10. Work across different departments/functions (BI,DE, tech, pricing, finance, operations, marketing, CS,CX) and also on high impact projects and support business expansion initiatives

Your Know-Know

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or the equivalent. 
• 3-5  years of experience in strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns(CARS24,OLA,SWIGGY,FLIPKART,OYO) or entrepreneur experience preferred + At Least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT/ NIT)
• Must have SQL/PostgreSQL/Tableau Experience. 
• Excellent Market Research, reporting and analytical skills, including carrying out weekly and monthly reporting
• Holds experience in working with Data/Business Intelligence Team
• Analytical mindset with ability to present data in a structured and informative way
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can align business objectives with product priorities
• Good to have : Financial modelling, Developing financial forecasts , development of Financial - strategic plan/framework

As a Software Engineer, you will be working on development project which will be based on API transitions, API Management ,API Monetization engine (based on Java, Springboot & AWS) and high traffic transactions.

Key responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you apply deep experience and technical know-how in the Software Engineering domain with-

• Integrating REST APIs in front-end application using React JS
• Implementing business logic in front-end application using javascript, should be able to handle complex JSON architecture.
• Should be able to manage states using Redux, Redux thunk/saga, Mobx.
