Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Illustrator Intern with a strong foundation in digital (hand) drawing, sketching, and illustration, especially for child-focused content (ages 3–7). This role is ideal for someone who loves visual storytelling, enjoys creating characters from scratch, and can translate hand-drawn concepts into polished digital and print-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

Illustration & Visual Storytelling (Core Focus)

• Create digital sketches, illustrations, and characters for kid-centric content (ages 3–7) using a simple, colourful, and engaging style.
• Develop characters, scenes, and visual narratives that support learning, play, and storytelling.
• Convert rough sketches into refined digital illustrations while retaining an organic, hand-crafted feel.
• Contribute original ideas to enhance overall visual storytelling and creative quality.

Digital Medium

• Design engaging visual assets such as website illustrations, banners, and graphics that align with the brand’s identity.
• Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to ensure illustrations complement the content strategy.

Print Medium

• Prepare illustrations and creatives for print, ensuring accuracy in formats, colours, and layouts.
• Deliver well-organised, consistent, and fully editable source files.
• Iterate quickly and efficiently based on feedback and revisions.
• Demonstrate openness and clarity in understanding and implementing feedback.

Requirements

• Strong skills in hand drawing, sketching, and illustration (traditional or digital).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant illustration tools.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as colour, composition, and typography.
• Knowledge of print media and preparing artwork for print production.
• Experience or strong interest in character design, illustration, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to illustrate in multiple styles, with a strong focus on playful, simple, and kid-friendly aesthetics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple creative tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing sketches, hand-drawn work, illustrations, characters, digital assets, and print creatives (kids’ work is a big plus).

• Ability to provide overall product value and differentiate support offerings that clearly map to customer needs.
•  Ability to  Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations versus actual service levels.
• Assists with the creation of a sales cycle plan.
• Manage Customized project requests and handle projects till it doesn’t go live.
• Coordinate with the Technical team, Client, sales team, and delivery team for a project.

KRA – Manager Presales

• Ability to provide overall product value and differentiate support offerings that clearly map to customer needs.
• Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations versus actual service levels.
• Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects
• Assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP, and RFI responses
• Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and Web research
• Create proposals, sign-off documents, and integration documents.
•  Expected to be thorough with the products of the company and if there are any new developments or innovations going on.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
• Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
