Skills you need to succeed in this role.

What You’ll do as a Senior Software Craftsperson:

• Your typical day will include attending Agile standups, designing components or services, writing lots of code, testing and integrating your code, and reviewing others’ code.
• You’ll participate in and contribute to Agile team activities. You’ll help estimate the amount of time and effort projects will take as part of the sprint cycle.
• You’ll ensure software engineering best practices, coding standards and patterns for development and deployment.
• You’ll investigate alerts about possible errors in the system. You’ll help solve outages, participate in retrospectives, and implement countermeasures to prevent similar issues from recurring.
• You’ll create tools and documentation for internal teams like Client Delivery to understand how the systems work and to enable them to onboard customers in a timely manner with minimal support from Engineering.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency with some or all of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node, Storybook, Python, Flask, end to end and unit testing frameworks.
• 5+ years of Object-Oriented Programming with Python or equivalent (required)
• 5+ years of experience working with relational (SQL) databases (required)
• 5+ years of experience using Git to contribute code as part of a team of Software Craftsperson.

You’ll use your experience in/familiarity with technologies relevant to:

• Build, scale, and deliver dynamic and highly available enterprise solutions.
• Help the Agile team execute sprint deliverables.
• Provide an educated estimate of effort for the sprint cycle.
• Think creatively about how to use technology and tools to solve problems faced by our users and customers.

You’ll use your critical thinking skills to:

• Escalate issues to your Agile team in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues and debug code to find the root cause of issues and develop countermeasures to address them.
• Design components that are stable, robust, performant, secure, and scale to accommodate anticipated user volume.

What we are looking for:

1. Looking for person with 5+ years of solid experience in HTML, vueJs, javascript, css & JQuery

2. Must have a strong skillset on technologies and is keen on learn and build next generation recruitment Technology.

3. Should have a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance of the product.

4. Should be a team player with a solid experience and desire to build customer-centric products and work closely with Product Managers and Designer.

5. Ready to relocate to Pune and join ASAP.
   
   

Role & Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership of the Product frontend development, building reusable, testable, and scalable technology.

• Research, evaluate, analyze, and implement technical requirements.

• Introduce best industry practices to build the best interfaces for users.

• We are looking for an UI Developer with minimum 3 years of experience in (React.js and/or Angular.js) who is motivated to combine the art of design with the science of programming
• Candidates need to have expertise in user interface designing and developing great user experiences in web and mobile applications

Role :

• Design and development of data-driven, highly scalable web applications with a rich user interface
• The successful candidate will work closely with our Engineering team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities :

• Develop new user-facing features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assure all user input is validated before submitting it to the backend.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, JQuery and AJAX.
• Must have : jQuery, jQuery UI, AJAX, Subversion, JSON/XML, bootstrap, SASS, CSS, HTML, Angularjs or React Js
• Comfortable coding in server side languages (PHP, Python, Java, .net) that drive interface requirements/rendering
• Strong experience taking static images/prototypes and converting to web interfaces
• Experience with consuming JSON/XML data via JS frameworks
• Basic usage of Linux command line
• Understanding of server - side CSS
• Good understanding of Angular JS and/or React JS
• Must have knowledge of cross-browser development
• Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator/captivate
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Utilizing a variety of mark - up languages to write web pages
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and BitBucket.

• You will develop front-end for our products and collaborate with designers, other engineers, and product managers to build new features, iterate on current features, and build a world-class user experience.  
• Build responsive & re-usable UI components using ReactJS, as per the specifications and guidelines 
• Maintain & manage the state of the application using Redux and be in sync with the server. Rapidly iterate prototypes based on design updates and new requirements.  
• You will build applications that are reliable, secure and optimized for performance across all environments 
• Write high-quality code 
• Build large scalable applications for cloud deployment 
• Build pixel-perfect UIs across both mobile platforms 
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms 
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native 
• Maintain code and write unit tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality 

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant fields
• 2+ years of relevant work experience 
• Strong sense of ownership
• Attitude for getting things done
• Understanding of basic Rest Principles
• Familiar with project management tools like JIRA etc.
• Will be involved in developing any enterprise systems like eCommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.,
• Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques
• Experience of working with Git
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

Responsibilities:

• Planning, estimation, requirement analysis, database designing, wireframing, layout design of the assigned project and other ongoing projects in a team with Project Manager / Developer / Designer.
• Handling coding works or major/complex parts of assigned projects and providing coding help and supervision to team members.
• Maintaining and auditing code/design quality as per set guidelines and standards in assigned projects.
• Testing of completed tasks in ongoing projects in the team before sending updates to reporting authority/client.
• Remove the technical impediments
• Focusing the team to ensure the on-time delivery of the agreed task.
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager.
• Facilitating code/design reuse.
• Training and mentoring of team members.
• Maintaining the skill set matrix of the team.
• Building and maintaining PWA.
• Work closely with the product team to accelerate A/B testing and maximize engagement.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, Jquery.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript MVC architecture and OOP programming style.
• Good understanding and experience of working on Vue.js/React.js.
