We are hiring for our Manufacturing top client and looking for an experienced Maintenance professional from the Automotive / Manufacturing industry.

Job Title - Assistant Manager – Maintenance ( Bhiwandi Location )

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: 45,000– 50,000 per month

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic issues.
• Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance records & spare inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality & Stores teams.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.

JD:

• 6–10 years in database administration

Mandatory (Total Experience): Must have 1+years of B2B sales experience in Cloud / IT Services OR enterprise solution sales experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical companies.

Mandatory (Experience 1 – Direct Sales / Hunting): Must have hands-on experience in direct sales, including prospecting, client outreach, requirement discovery, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.

Mandatory (Experience 2 – End-to-End Sales Cycle): Must have independently handled the complete sales cycle, from enquiry to proposal submission and closure.

Mandatory (Experience 3 – Account Management): Must have experience managing existing client accounts, including renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term relationship management.

What you will do:-

● Partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define metrics, build dashboards, and track product performance.

● Conducting deep-dive analyses of large-scale data to identify trends, user behavior patterns, growth gaps, and improvement opportunities.

● Performing competitive benchmarking and industry research to support product strategy and prioritization.

● Generating data-backed insights to drive feature enhancements, product experiments, and business decisions.

● Tracking post-launch impact by measuring adoption, engagement, retention, and ROI of new features.

● Working with Data, Engineering, Business, and Ops teams to design and measure experiments (A/B tests, cohorts, funnels).

What we are looking for:-

● Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business, economics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.

● Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (optional but beneficial).

- Candidate Must be a graduate from IIT, NIT, NSUT, or DTU.

- Need candidate with 1–2 years of pure Product Analyst experience is mandatory.

- Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Product + Data Analysis + Python.

- Candidate should have Python skill on the scale of 3/5 at least.

- Proficiency in SQL and ability to work with large datasets.

- The candidate must experience with A/B testing, cohorts, funnels, retention, and product metrics.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mixpanel, GA, etc.).

- Candidate must have experienece in Jira.

• As a lead engineer, you will be expected to execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, app architecture, and design discussions.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all product deliverables.
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting. 
• Mentoring junior developers and set best practices for coding, reviews, etc.
• Ensuring performance and scalability in all new product features being developed. 

• Overall of 5+ years expertise in writing HTML/CSS/JavaScript 
• Experience in Angular and preferably React.js
• Expertise in database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in all common AWS cloud technologies, knowledge of CI/CD tools, and workflows.
