Responsibilities

·       Create Photo and Video content for Hidesign.

·       Creating content will require

-         Research and planning for the shoots

-         Shoot Videos and Photos on the planned date, in coordination with the different teams within the company and sourcing products & models if required.

-         Edit and colour grade the Videos and photos using phone apps as well as softwares such as Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Lightroom.

·       This content will be used for Social media posts & reels, instore videos, website banners etc

·       The Content creator will understand reel & post engagement, and continuously improve on various content buckets like – trending reels / educational / entertainment / asmr etc.

·       Work with a time bound structure for all projects and cater to the requirements of external stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Ideate and create videos/graphics for various social media campaigns.
• Create design templates and layouts for various marketing platform.
• Creating graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logo, brochures, presentations and posters including standard templates.
• Creating designs using Photoshop, illustrator, CorelDraw, After Effects.
• Applying UI mockups.
• Understand the core difficulties and devise creative and practical solution.
• Perform research and analyse the really expectation of the user.

• High on power of observation and story visualisation. Someone who sees art/design in everything around
• Understanding of disruptive themes, art work and agency level brand centric manifestations
• Nothing less than global standards while working on any creative/ viral marketing areas

• Understanding of graphics / design tools at a professional level
• Hand on experience – Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator with brain of his/her own

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Quick Radius, you do more than bringing graphics to life. You use your strong creative background to create powerful videos that capture an audience and leaves them wanting more. In addition, you have these skills and experiences:

• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, social media, and more)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills
• Interact with clients to understand brief and share ideas
• Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
• Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
• Ability to work on types of video - Explainer, Promotional, Marketing, SaaS product demo, Social media, Video editing, Animation, Mixed types of video

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with advertising, graphic design, marketing or strategic communications focus
• 1+ or more years of related experience in graphic design
• Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of various design production tools and software
• Knowledge of and demonstrated abilities in design principles, image manipulation, photo retouching, layouts and typography
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and similar software
• Basic knowledge and demonstrated abilities in icon design, character design and, illustration
• Working along with the video animation team to provide them the necessary vectors.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners, receive feedback and take direction
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work in a timely fashion with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of design file formats

• Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

• Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

• Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

• Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite

• Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale

• Must be able to measure UX changes and suggest further improvements

• Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX. Should be able to understand and respect the UX

• Should follow the style guide and design according to the guidelines

• Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed

• Should be able to build reusable UI components

• Good communication with the product and engineering teams to assess feasibility of UI components

• Experience with motion/interaction design a plus

• Must know the Adobe Creative Suite well. Must also be familiar with prototyping tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design and video editing software
