• An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executives, primarily focusing on managing schedules, communication, and office logistics.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
• Handle confidential documents and maintain records efficiently.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and projects assigned by the CEO.
• Manage email communication, filter important messages, and draft responses.
• Handle any additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email management.
