Module Lead

What will I be doing?

• Organized and facilitated project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos and other project related meetings
•  Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation both internal and third party           
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Should be well versed with project management domains: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing

What skill do I need?

• Experience in IT industry with 3+ years of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
• Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Experience as a PHP/Node/Java developer or other technologies to lead a team of PHP programmers Workflow Management, design and implementation in all its stages 
• Remove team impediments on a daily basis to allow the team to deliver the sprint goals and deliverables.
• Leadership competencies for team building, client relations, Negotiation, decision making, problem solving and conflict management
• Proven organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work on several assignments concurrently but still be detail oriented

Required Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study. 
• Three years of experience in a related IT field
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Hands Knowledge of utilities such as MS Teams, Zoom, Slack
• Analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-motivator and should be able to work in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures

Experience:- Overall 10 to 12 years of experience of which atleast 5 to 7 years’ experience should be in Information Security. Mandatory is 5 to 7 years’ experience in Information security and with one full end to end implementation experience.

Base location: - Bengaluru - Must

Joining requirement: - Not later than second week of June 2023.

Requirements: -

1.      Mandatory - ISO 27001:2013 lead implementor certified

2.      Mandatory - ISO 27001:2013 lead auditor certified (but if it is a good candidate, we can still consider)

3.      Good to have – CISA, CISM, Risk management certification, Privacy certifications.

4.      Mandatory - Atleast one end to end implementation experience of ISO 27001 standard. The candidate should have a good implementation knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002 standards and is required to implement the ISO requirements and run the ISMS program for multiple countries.

5.      This immediate requirement is for implementing the ISMS program for our Canadian office location. The candidate should be willing to work from Bengaluru in EST time zone during this implementation phase whenever required.

6.      Good documentation skills.

7.      Develop, implement, maintain, review and continually improve Information Security policies.

8.      Good understanding and knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements as relevant to information security.

9.      Manage and maintain a risk register / risk database along with risk treatment plans.

10.  Good understanding of physical and environmental security.

11.  Conduct Internal Audits based ISO 27001 standards and Personal Data Protection policies. A good experience in independently conducting Internal and supplier audit with respect to information security.

12.  Provide training to the employees on Privacy & Information Security Management System on regular intervals.

13.  The greater part of the job involves interacting with people, interviewing them / auditing, Preparing audit reports, discussing / persuading / influencing.

14.  Mandatory: Good verbal and written communication skills. Eye for details.

15.  Good presentation skills.

Selected Candidate day-to-day responsibilities include:

We are looking for a Django developer interested in building and performing web-based applications. You will be responsible for building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Tech skills required but not limited to -

• Familiarity with Django/Django REST Framework

• Familiarity with OAuth and authentication systems

• Experience with popular RDBMS technologies (MySQL, Postgres, etc.)

• Experience with developing APIs

• AWS knowledge is highly preferred

Skill(s) required:- Python, Django, GitHub

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

• 2-4 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Well versed with any of the High Fidelity Design tools (Figma, sketch or Adobe XD etc.)

• MSc/BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

• Collaborate directly with engineers at every stage of a product’s creation.

• Up-to-date with the latest Product Designer trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.

Basic Qualification:

• 3+ years designing excellent digital products for a cross-functional team; ideally with 2+ years focused on Mobile UX/UI
• A track record of advocacy for the customer and applying user research insights to your design
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Skills:

• Ideally familiar with most or all of the following: Conceptual design, user research, wireframing, UI prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc...)
• Excellent communication and the ability to convince stakeholders to buy into your Concepts
• An understanding of business that is equal to your understanding of product owner needs

Functional Competencies:

• Strong experience in UI, UX Design.
• Knowledge of User Research and User Interaction.
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.
