• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance systems. Expertise in direct, indirect, and withholding tax processes is essential, along with strong functional knowledge of key SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and Asset Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Manage the configuration of core SAP FICO modules: FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), AP, AR, GL, and AA (Asset Accounting).
• Support taxation processes including direct tax, indirect tax, and withholding tax.
• Provide functional and technical support to end-users including training, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business users to understand and convert business needs into SAP solutions.
• Assist the finance team in meeting financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in SAP Finance system implementation and support.
• Deep understanding of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA).
• Proven experience in tax configuration and compliance within SAP (direct, indirect, withholding).

Inside Sales Representative for North America

Position Responsibilities :

• New account acquisition and upsell including prospecting, outbound, independently following up on inbound leads, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing
• Proactively develop and manage a mix of small and large deals, while focusing on closing deals with a high likelihood of success
• Develop strategic prospecting plans for territory development, working with other team members where appropriate

Experience in Network Design for connecting large number of geographically distributed locations ( >= 20 is considerable, though >=200 would be great) and understanding of routing protocols like OSPF and BGP will be an added advantage.
