Job Description : Blockchain Data & ML Engineer

As a Blockchain Data & ML Engineer, you’ll work on ingesting and modelling on-chain behaviour, building scalable data pipelines, and designing systems that support intelligent, autonomous market interaction.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for ingesting and processing blockchain data.
• Assist in designing, training, and validating machine learning models for prediction and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate model performance, tune hyperparameters, and document experimental results.
• Develop monitoring tools to track model accuracy, data drift, and system health.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and execution teams to integrate ML components into production systems.
• Design and maintain databases and storage systems to efficiently manage large-scale datasets.

Ideal Traits

• Proficiency in any programming language

🎨 Generative AI Artist (Visuals, Concepts & Experiments)

We’re looking for a Generative AI Artist who sits at the intersection of creativity and technology—someone who doesn’t just use AI tools, but pushes them. If prompts, styles, visual experimentation, and rapid creative iteration excite you, this role will feel right at home.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where ideas move quickly from concept to stunning visual output.

What you’ll do

• Create high-quality images, illustrations, concepts, and visual assets using generative AI tools
• Craft, refine, and optimize prompts to consistently achieve strong creative outputs
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into visuals
• Edit, enhance, and fine-tune AI-generated outputs using design tools
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana Pro, Kling AI, Runway ML, Higgsfield, Veo 3, Krea, Stable Diffusion, or similar
• Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals—composition, color, balance, and storytelling
• Ability to use Generative AI tools within Photoshop to manipulate and enhance existing imagery
• Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalents
• Comfort translating abstract ideas into visually compelling outputs
• Experience with custom LoRA / style training or dataset preparation
• A portfolio that clearly showcases AI-generated and AI-edited work

What you need to have:

The role involves computer vision tasks including development, customization and training of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs); application of ML techniques (SVM, regression, clustering etc. ) and traditional Image Processing (OpenCV etc. ). The role is research focused and would involve going through and implementing existing research papers, deep dive of problem analysis, generating new ideas, automating and optimizing key processes.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in solving complex real-world problems at scale via deep learning, computer vision or AI
• Python, cuDNN, Tensorflow/PyTorch/Keras (or similar Deep Learning frameworks).
• CNNs, RNNs, Transfer learning (for image classification, segmentation, object detection etc).
• Image Processing techniques using OpenCV or other white-box image feature extraction algorithms.
• End to end deployment of deep learning models.
