As a Remote Compliance and Audit Intern, you will be focusing on supporting our compliance and internal audit functions to ensure our operations meet regulatory standards and align with our ethical values. Your responsibilities will include reviewing internal processes, identifying potential compliance gaps, and assisting in the preparation of audit reports. Since compliance plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments across Springer Capital, gaining insight into both operational and strategic aspects of the organization.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at a customer location in Whitefield, Bangalore for a Frontend Engineer - React & TypeScript.

You will work directly within a live enterprise manufacturing environment, building and deploying production-grade front-end applications used by engineers, operators, and leadership teams.

You will collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and Applix’s product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable user interfaces that power mission-critical industrial workflows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems on the ground, working closely with users, and shipping features that impact day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain production-ready frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript
• Integrate RESTful APIs to connect enterprise data and operational systems
• Develop responsive, intuitive UI components for industrial and enterprise users
• Collaborate directly with customer teams to understand workflows and translate them into product features
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
• Work with SQL-backed systems and structured data
• Participate in code reviews and maintain strong Git-based workflows
• Ensure performance, usability, and security in frontend implementations
• Support deployment processes and contribute to CI/CD workflows

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and modern CSS3
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and data handling
• Strong Git skills and version control practices
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack or Vite
• Familiarity with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
• Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker for containerization

Job Functions / Responsibilities:              

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features for our iOS mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native and JavaScript, ensuring the best possible performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application to maintain its stability and reliability.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve the mobile application continuously.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing of the application.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

Skills:

·        4-6 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

·        Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript.

·        Extensive experience with iOS development, including Swift and Objective-C.

·        Knowledge of native iOS libraries and frameworks. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

·        Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.

·        Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and user interface guidelines.

·        You can work independently on solving complex problems and troubleshooting cryptic

bugs

Position -  React Native Developer

We are looking for React Native developers interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Skills

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript (and TypeScript or ClojureScript) language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of (functional or object-oriented) programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ)
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites, like (Jest or Mocha)
• Working knowledge of zeplin
• Zeplin design to react screens

Experience - Minimum 3 years of exp.

• Experience in lightning implementation, LWC
• Ability to Perform configuration, customization, integration and support of Salesforce.com
• Hands-on Experience in customizing using APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, etc

• Must-Have hands-on experience on Deployments using Change set, , Managing release dependencies across multiple projects
