About the Opportunity :

We are hiring a Tech Lead – Fullstack Developer for a well-funded product startup building an enterprise-grade SaaS platform in the Cybersecurity domain.

The role involves designing and delivering scalable microservices and cloud-native applications in a high-performing, Agile engineering environment.

You'll work alongside industry veterans from billion-dollar digital firms, contributing to technical design, product architecture, and engineering best practices.

Mandatory Skills : Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS (or any modern JavaScript framework), RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Hibernate/JPA, Multithreading, and Microservices architecture.

Role Highlights :

• Lead fullstack product development using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS (or similar frameworks).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Skills Required :

1. Strong expertise in Java (mandatory) and Spring Boot.
2. Proficient in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks.
3. Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
4. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Hibernate/JPA, and transaction management.
5. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
6. Understanding of API Gateway, ACID properties, multithreading, and performance tuning.
7. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and Agile methodologies.
8. Strong debugging and profiling skills for performance bottlenecks.

About the Role  

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Architect to join our CTO Office and drive the exploration, prototyping, and adoption of next-generation technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI/ML, Generative AI (Gen AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, AI Search, Agentic AI, Automation, and more.  

As an Architect, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, building proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the future of AI-driven solutions. Your work will directly influence the company’s technology strategy and help shape disruptive innovations.

Key Responsibilities  

Research & Experimentation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, and prototype novel solutions in areas like Gen AI, Vector Search, AI Agents, and Automation. 

Proof-of-Concept Development: Rapidly build, test, and iterate PoCs to validate new technologies for potential business impact.

AI/ML Engineering: Design and develop AI/ML models, LLMs, embedding’s, and intelligent search capabilities leveraging state-of-the-art techniques. 

Vector & AI Search: Explore vector databases and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.  

Automation & AI Agents: Develop autonomous AI agents and automation frameworks to enhance business processes.  

Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Work closely with software developers and product teams to integrate innovations into production-ready solutions.

Innovation Strategy: Contribute to the technology roadmap, patents, and research papers to establish leadership in emerging domains.  

Required Qualifications  

1. 8-14 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or a related field.  
2. Strong hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini.
3. Experience with LLMs, embeddings, AI search, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, PGVector), and agentic AI.  
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML infrastructure.  
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.  
6. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, vision, audio), reinforcement learning, or AI security.

Job Description

Serve as liaison between the CEO, executives, senior leaders for project updates, proposals, and planning. Independently lead multiple high stake projects that impact the PnL across Growth, Technology, Operations and Product Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning, and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities. 

Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects. Undergraduate/ Postgraduate from top tier engineering schools like IIT/ BITs/ IIM/ ISB within 1-4 years experience will be preferred 

Minimum 2 years prior experience in strategy consulting or strong experience in leading PnL at a high growth startups or equally analytical roles preferred.
