Role Overview: 

We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop and install software solutions. Ideally, the candidate should be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Software engineers must be skilled in development, writing code, and documenting functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Executing full life-cycle software development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a software engineer or software developer.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for backend development, with experience in object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL and working with relational databases, including query optimization and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA2).
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and core system design fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one web application framework such as Flask or Spring.
• Sound understanding of software engineering best practices, with familiarity in test-driven development and software development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Big Data concepts is a plus (e.g., Apache Spark, Trino, Azure, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Good knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills, aptitude, and the ability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document requirements, designs, and specifications effectively.

Requirement

• Developer Background: The ideal candidate should come from a developer background with knowledge of Java and other programming languages.

L2 Support Engineers are responsible for:

1. Production Issue Debugging

○ Analyzing logs and monitoring application behavior to identify root

causes of production issues.

○ Providing temporary resolutions using database-level fixes or

configuration changes.

1. Handling Escalations from L1 Support

○ Addressing tickets and issues escalated from L1 by providing immediate

workarounds.

○ Ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.

1. Forwarding Issues to L3/Development Team

○ When a permanent code-level fix is required, the issue is escalated to the

L3 (Development) team.

○ Prior to escalation, L2 should provide a detailed analysis and temporary

resolution (e.g., database fix) to minimize user impact.

1. Root Cause Analysis and Documentation

○ Conducting detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

○ Updating the Confluence Playbook with clear, actionable steps for L1

teams to facilitate future self-resolution.

We as a global leader in software consultancy, is hiring a Senior Consultant skilled in backend technologies (Node.js / Java) with strong experience in Temporal.io (BPM/Workflow platform). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely on cutting-edge, scalable enterprise solutions involving modern microservices, BPM workflows, and cloud-native technologies.

As part of our high-performance engineering team, you will contribute to designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems that drive critical client projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Temporal.io, backend development (Node.js or Java), and familiar with modern cloud, DevOps, and automation practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js (NestJS) or Java integrated with Temporal.io workflow engine.
• Model and implement business processes using BPMN workflows, including managing external task workers, Operate, and Tasklist in Temporal.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, DevOps, cloud architects, and QA.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Keycloak IAM.
• Develop and optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL in a process-driven architecture.
• Utilize Azure services such as Blob Storage, API Gateway, and AKS for cloud infrastructure.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and manage containerized deployments with Kubernetes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing unit and integration tests using Jest, and documenting APIs with Swagger/Postman/Insomnia.
• Participate in peer code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions desirable).

• Maintain, update, and enhance ITSM environment including Incident, Request,

outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and
