• Responsibilities
   
  • 1.Research, develop and create content for Java Full stack courses. 
  • 2. Deliver interactive sessions with group(s) of learners on specific topics covered in the curriculum clubbed with relevant case studies and live examples. 
  • 3. Prepare the learners with updated Java Full-stack technologies & concepts: Hibernate, struts, spring, Core Java, Advanced Java,   Android, SQL, C, C++, Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPS concepts, server-side JavaScript frameworks like Express, Koa, Hapi etc.   (based on Node.js) RDBMS or NO SQL databases, Serialization/Deserialization and Immutability concepts. 
  • 4. Handle and devise end-to-end training - course content preparation, material preparation, case studies, live projects explanation, etc. 
  • 5. Develop technical content – practise exercise, creating course scenarios, hands on projects, create assignments & test scripts.  
  • 6. Create and maintain a database of training strategies, initiatives, modules, and materials. 
  • 7. Review team members’ content creations and mentor them accordingly. 
  • 8. Design training program based on the needs of the corporate clients. 
  • 9. Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements. 
   
  Requirements
  
  
  • 1. B.E/B.Tech with 6+ years of relevant experience. 
  • 2. Excellent communication skills and a passion for training and mentoring. 
  • 3. Good understanding of modern Information Technology, and operations of a SOC. 
  • 4. Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. 
  • 5. Organization skills or previous experience a lead SME. 
  • 6. Preferred to have good experience as a Technical Trainer.
  • 7. Good experience creating technical courseware for delivery in a corporate setting. 
  • 8. Good to have Java JDK 1.7 or above development and knowledge of Java 8 features experience. 
  • 9. Desired to have passed at least three technology industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, etc. 
  • 10. Preferred to have technology teaching certification such as MCE, MCT, MIE or completion of a technology TTT course.

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join the BackEnd development team. The BackEnd team is responsible for building and managing multiple software products. We are looking for engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems and building platforms keeping in mind scalability and accuracy.

• As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic.
• Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
• Identify and fix CSS, HTML, and scripting compatibility issues between a variety of platforms and browsers; test websites on different browsers and mobile device browsers; correct problems identified by customer feedback.
• Willing to take charge and ownership of the project.
• Improve the efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of the system
• Work closely with product management and Design teams to define and refine feature specifications
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

• 3+ years of experience with a solid foundation in software design and development and hands-on experience on PHP and Node.js projects.
• PHP expert
• Experience with NodeJS, React.js, or other languages is a plus
• Good knowledge of REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or any NoSQL database
• Good understanding of scalability, and availability
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus

• Architecting, Developing, testing, and deploying robust products that are fast, scalable, and highly responsive
• Designing client-side and server-side architecture
• Building the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications
• Designing and maintaining large and complex databases, both relational and non-relational databases.
• Establishing, refining and integrating development environment tools and software as needed
• Identifying production and non-production application issues as a part of the deployment
• Deploying applications on the AWS cloud with the ability to quickly debug hosting-related issues.
• Writing effective APIs
• Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software
• Creating security and data protection settings
• Building features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Writing technical documentation
• Working with data scientists and analysts to improve software

• BE/ ME/ BCA/ MCA- Any Computer/ IT Degree
• Expertise in Mongo DB, Express js, React js, Node js, HTML5, CSS3, LESS/ SASS, Bootstrap.
• 3-4 years of experience in server management, Microservice, and AWS knowledge is not mandatory but will be preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
• Be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
