Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Rawmart in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a relevant industry.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
