1. Increase client base and send quotation to customer with regular follow-up.
2. Finding new big customers
3. Meeting clients and procuring orders
4. Carry out sales from leads given from INDIAMART.
5. Visit customer site for personal meeting and discussions.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.
7. Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations
8. Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts
9. Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements
10. Acquire more clients to grow business
Salary: INR 2,40,000 – 4,20,000 P.A. Incentives will be given for extra sales.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee civil and structural works for solar plants, wind farms, and hydro projects
· Solar: foundations, mounting structures, roads, drainage, control rooms, substations
· Wind: turbine foundations, access roads, hard standings, crane pads
· Hydro: dams, canals, intake structures, penstocks, powerhouses, spillways
· Review and approve designs, drawings, BOQs, estimates, and construction methodologies
· Manage EPC contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure quality and timelines
· Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
· Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations
· Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project management teams
· Conduct regular site inspections and resolve complex technical challenges
· Lead contractor meetings and provide progress reports to senior management
· Mentor and guide junior engineers and strengthen site execution teams
· Support land development, geotechnical studies, and infrastructure planning for renewable sites
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong expertise in civil construction for renewable energy projects
· In-depth knowledge of RCC, pile foundations, structural steel, geotechnical works
· Experience handling large-scale infrastructure and energy projects
· Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple project sites
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Master’s degree is an added advantage
