
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Operations Specialist for our Real Estate Vertical to streamline marketing, operations, support sales teams, and ensure seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and financial processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate marketing, sales processes, and operational execution .
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Strategy
● Plan and track marketing campaigns and strategies across digital and offline channels.
● Manage and monitor budgets across all marketing campaigns
● Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
● Work closely with marketing teams to ensure effective lead generation and brand visibility.
2. Business Coordination & Operations
● Coordinate between sales, marketing, and management teams for smooth operations.
● Handle and guide a team of coordinators, especially on marketing-related activities.
● Support project launches, campaigns, and lead flow management.
● Ensure timely follow-ups and closure coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Client Communication
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients and channel partners.
● Manage end-to-end client coordination including meetings, discussions, and follow-ups.
● Handle client queries, site visit scheduling, and post-sales communication.
4. Data Management & Reporting
● Maintain and update CRM systems with client, inventory, sales, and marketing data.
● Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
● Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
5. Sales Team Coordination
● Monitor and maintain sales team targets and performance metrics.
● Assist in lead allocation and conversion tracking.
● Support sales teams with documentation and process coordination.
6. Payment & Cash Flow Management
● Track customer payments, dues, and collections.
● Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
● Assist in project-level cash flow tracking and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
● 3–4 years of experience in real estate marketing, coordination, sales support, or operations.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong understanding of real estate marketing, planning, sales processes, and execution.
