About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Blockchain, Web3 Wallets, and Decentralized Applications (DApps). The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of blockchain-based products through both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Blockchain applications, Web3 Wallets, and DApps.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.).
• Test Web3 wallet integrations (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).
• Validate smart contracts using Hardhat, Truffle, Remix IDE, and Blockchain Explorers (Etherscan, Polygonscan, BSCscan).
• Conduct API testing (REST, GraphQL, Web3 APIs) using Postman, Newman, and Insomnia.
• Automate UI & functional tests using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform mobile DApp testing using Appium.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and blockchain engineers to identify and resolve defects.
• Document test plans, strategies, and reports in Confluence/JIRA.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines for test automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in Blockchain/Web3.
• Strong understanding of smart contracts, wallets, and decentralized apps.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to demonstrate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse user needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other teams as per requirement of projects.
• Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and revamp creative, eye-catching websites as per the client's needs.
• Work with project managers to discuss the desired website functionality and provide solutions.
• Integrate custom templates/themes into WordPress.
• Work with various WordPress third-party plugins (Like WooCommerce, Buddypress, Elementor, and others) and customize when required.
• Develop custom plugins and custom functionalities on top of Wordpress and WooCommerce.

Skills:

• Experience & Knowledge of WordPress Architecture, WooCommerce, Page Builder’s (like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer etc), and other best practice solutions
• Experience & Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery.
• Experience & Knowledge of child theme creation and customization as per designed based on the requirements
• Experience & Knowledge of WordPress plugin and Back-End functionality development

Roles & Responsibilities :

• You’ll work as part of the software engineering team along with other front-end, back-end, mobile app, QA teams & you will also closely work with the founder.
• You should be able to take the ownership of a project end to end.
• Your primary focus will be to build, implement & maintain the complete back-end stack of the product.
• You will create production grade code and will implement the solutions which run bug free.
• Participate in product development discussions and product development road-maps.
• Collaborate with members across departments to identify and build on improvements to product, process and systems.

• Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of software development experience.
• Experience of working on application architecture design will be preferred.
• Experience of working in at least 1 or 2 projects, managing or leading the entire tasks.
• Experience in Docker/Kubernetes, Agile methodologies & CI/CD  automation process.
• Knowledge of Queueing technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Version control using Git.
• Experience in microservices architecture, in-memory systems like Redis and basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience of building applications processing large volumes of streaming data will be preferred.
• Experience from a middle size company or from a startup will be preferred.
• BE/MCA/MSc in Computers/Information technology with a good academic record.
