Deliverables and Performance Measures: 

• Team Leadership: 
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of QA professionals. 
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities. 
• Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to QA Analysts and Senior QA Analysts. 
• Quality Assurance Strategy: 
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA processes and standards. 
• Define and enforce testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing processes, to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality. 
• Identify and mitigate risks in the testing cycle. 
• Client Collaboration: 
• Collaborate with client-facing teams, such as Strategic Account Management and Client Delivery Vertical Leads and Project Managers, to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. 
• Partner with clients to understand their quality requirements, review deliverables, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. 
• Testing Management: 
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of manual and automated test cases. 
• Ensure thorough testing of enhancements, bug fixes, and new features. 
• Collaborate with developers, solutions consultants, and other stakeholders to define testing and sign-off criteria. 
• Process Improvements: 
• Continuously improve workflows and tools to increase efficiency. 
• Stay updated on emerging QA technologies and trends. 
• Reporting and Documentation: 
• Track and report QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, pass/fail rates, defect slippage). 
• Document and communicate test results, defects, and resolutions to stakeholders. 

What Will Make You Successful: 

• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, TQM). 
• Proficiency in creating and managing QA processes and documentation. 
• Knowledge of testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail). 
• Strong experience managing client-facing projects, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality. 
• Life Insurance and Annuities proficiency or similar industry experience. 
• Ability to mentor and coach team to develop skill growth, retention, and innovation. 
• 9-12 years’ experience with a software development or tech background with exposure to leading a team of Quality Assurance Analysts or SDET. 
• Insight into nonfunctional testing. 

Highly Desirable Experience: 

• Firelight/Foresight experience. 
• Experience with QA automation tools and automated testing.

Overview

Providing leadership in the information security space, helping ensure ISO and GDPR certification, and establishing, maintaining, and enforcing our security policies. Working closely with our business and technology teams to ensure awareness and adherence to the policies and procedures established.

To ensure that the security solutions being designed and delivered are aligned with the enterprise security architecture, supporting the transition of the security architecture from its current to its planned future state.

To lead and provide strategic oversight to ensure and assure the beneficial and cost-effective security change across key accounts, through the evaluation of business strategies and requirements providing advice, guidance and assurance.

Role & Responsibility

• Provide security advice and guidance to business and delivery teams ensuring solutions are consistent with the enterprise security roadmap whilst balancing business values and security risk.
• Recommend changes to IT systems to bring them into compliance with security policy, standards, blueprints and roadmaps.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt architecturally sound approaches to the management of risk.
• Advise on the translation of business requirements into secure IT solutions and migration roadmaps.
• Preparation and documentation of standard security operating procedures and protocols
• Recommend technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
• Advise on alternate solutions and countermeasures to mitigate identified information risks.
• Provide assurance that identified solutions or countermeasures mitigate identified information risks.
• Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement
• Implements security improvements by assessing the current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Keeps users and businesses informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status, and owning security incidents when they arise.

Technical Skills Required

• Proven experience in the design, implementation and operation of scaled IT security services and capabilities, ideally within a large government organization or complex large-scale multi-supplier organization.
• Strong technical aptitude and exposure to ISO 27001 or similar-based security policies and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues into business-focused terms and communicate with Stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GDPR, its business implications and the merits of various technical approaches
• Expertise in IT security risk in a business context
• Exposure to web application security and penetration testing.
• Exposure to securing the software development life cycle and to project management disciplines.
• Excellent organizational and technical documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Information Security including threats, attacks, and vulnerability management.
• Deep understanding of secure development practices, with practical experience of cyber security, privacy protection, cloud security, identity management, situations awareness, protective monitoring, security operations, risk management and reporting.

Job specifications-

Qualification and Experience

• Master in Statistics/Economics or MBA or M. Sc./M. Tech with Operations Research/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
• Hands-on experience in delivery of projects using statistical modelling

Skills / Knowledge

• Hands on experience in statistical modelling software such as R/ Python and SQL.
• Experience in advanced analytics / Statistical techniques – Regression, Decision tress, Ensemble machine learning algorithms etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
• Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word applications.
• APICS-CSCP or PMP certification will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management
• Working knowledge on the linear/nonlinear optimization
• Ability to structure problems through a data driven decision-making process.
• Excellent project management skills, including time and risk management and project structuring.
