ZenTrades AI is looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring as we scale our teams. This is a core business role, not a support function. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to build strong, high-performing teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has scaled teams in startups before, understands the pace and ambiguity of growth, and enjoys building hiring processes that actually work.

What You’ll Own

Own end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles

Partner with business leaders on hiring plans, role design, and talent strategy

Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networks

Drive a strong candidate experience aligned with our culture

Continuously improve interview frameworks, hiring processes, and TA metrics

Act as a trusted hiring partner to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in startups / high-growth SaaS companies

Proven track record of scaling teams in fast-paced environments

Ability to own hiring independently with minimal hand-holding

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Comfort working in ambiguity, speed, and changing priorities

• To take lead and manage the backend team.
• Taking ownership and developing new micro services/systems to improve the products.
• Managing and adding on to our linux based content management system as well as our web servers.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with serverless architecture.
• Hands-on experience with products at a scale of > 50K DAUs.
• Should be able to architect and implement complex services/systems in a simple and scalable manner.
• Self starter with the ability to lead a team.
• Should be an expert in: Python. AWS Lambda, RDS and EC2 SQL databases, specifically postgresql. NOSQL Database, specifically dynamoDB.
• Should be able to write automated test cases for developed code.
• Should be proficient in the linux environment.

Job Description: Graphic Designer (Video Editing and Motion Graphics)

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Jaipur

Salary: 20k to 30 k

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in Video Editing and Motion Graphics to join our team in Jaipur. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and social media assets. Your role will also involve designing motion graphics elements and occasionally supporting graphic design tasks using CorelDRAW and Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop engaging video content, ensuring high-quality editing and seamless transitions.
• Create visually appealing motion graphics and animations to enhance video presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to deliver visually stunning solutions.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent brand representation in all video content.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of SQL scripting and My SQL database administration.
• Sound understanding of OOP and MVC development.
• Hands-on experience on customization of Magento Themes, Magento Modules Development, Extension Development
• Experience in customizing Magento s front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates.
