Manager - Campaign Analytics

Responsibilities : 

• Provide Voice and Remote terminal support for Level 1/2 backup and restore Issues and submit stars tickets
•  Configuration, Troubleshooting and assisting setup of backup Environment.
• Follow the Alert Management Strategy for category Level 1/2 on various system/server alerts received every day
• First and second level troubleshooting of the backup and restore issues
• Update & Maintain Pertinent technical and Operational Documentation
• Open support cases and work with vendors such as Oracle / IBM and Symantec/Iron Mountain to provide necessary logs/information on issues raised by
• Coordinate fix of H/W issues with vendors on backup servers following Hardware management processes and procedures
• Working with tape library teams on tape management
• Installation and configuration of backup software on servers and clients.
• Checking the failed backups for the day and rerunning them to meet SLA
• Setting up or Assisting in LAB/Dev machine needs for test purpose etc
• Requesting tapes from offsite location to facilitate restore
• Housekeeping of User or System Environment (Ex: work on heavy hitters and try to validate the exclude list etc)
• Work on RPO ( Recovery Point Objective ) and failure reports
• Backup policies and storage media management
• Daily operational checklists
• Notifications to a Group of Users or IT Admins mailing list
• Work on Change management windows
• Generate multiple reports and metrics as required for operations and planning
• Strive for improvement in operational and business value.

CTC: 25-40LPA based on experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience (or equivalent understanding of data analysis & operations)
• Strong critical thinking mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes to complete the job
• Strong communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets or equivalent tool (VLOOKUPS, formulas, macros)
• Willingness and interest in learning new tech/processes (Python, Jupyter, Airflow, etc.)

Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a WORKIE location or multiple locations.

- Ensure the smooth functioning of facilities, services, and amenities provided to members.

- Handle member inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Collaborate with the community team to create a positive and productive workspace environment.

- Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors.

- Assist in budget management and cost control.

- Implement operational policies and procedures.

- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

- Support and contribute to community-building efforts within the WORKIE space.

Software Engineer – C++ (3-6 years of experience)

1. Telecom/Volte LTE 2g 3g  Preferred
2. Programming knowledge of multi-threading, sockets, IPCs.
3. Well versed with std and boost libraries.
4. Working knowledge of GNU compilers, optimization techniques on Unix/Linux based systems.
5. Proficient in debugging tools like GDB/Valgrind and profiling tools like oprofile.
6. Knowledge of Diameter (AAA) Stack

• Development experience of communication protocol stacks
• Hands on experience in multi-threaded design techniques and implementation
• Good hands-on experience on data structures and algorithms

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent.
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the Android market with experience in Android development. 
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Kotlin 
• Strong knowledge of how to work with RESTful APIs 
• Strong Familiarity with OOP design principles 
• Integrate with our backend web services to deliver better and faster user experience 
• Strong knowledge of version control (i.e. git, svn, etc.) 
• Ability to performance tune and scale applications 
• Agile development experience 
• Experience working at a software product company is a major plus  
• Passion to learn and develop new skills continuously 
• Strong sense of ownership in every application they build 
• Working with highly collaborative and dynamic team environments 

Experience:

• Min 3 year experience
• Startup experience is a must.
   

Location:

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Position:

• Full time/Direct

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
