Role Summary:

Act as the first point of consultation for new training requests, designing tailored training strategies and solutions across various domains (Technical, Behavioral, Compliance, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

•  Analyze client training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

•  Design training roadmaps and customize proposals with relevant topics and outcomes.

•  Collaborate with the operations team to source trainers based on requirements.

•  Support pre-sales activities like proposal drafting, pricing input, and trainer profile validation.

Qualifications:
