MIS Executive

e are seeking a resilient and technically competent employee with a strong work ethic for a position involving automotive component design, manufacturing, and functionality. In this role, the employee will be responsible for tasks such as interacting with EV OEMs to integrate drivetrains, braking systems, and suspension systems in the field of EV 2-wheelers. Additionally, the position may require frequent travel to client locations across the country for vehicle integration projects.

Experience : 2 - 3 years of experience in Automotive Field

Eligibility: BE/BTech/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical stream

Package : 5-7 LPA and travelling and stay allowances.

Mode: Work from Office

Qualification:

• Sound understanding of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and their components 2 & 3 Wheelers .

• Sound knowledge of the strength of materials and measurement systems.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) and Analysis software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Business development with clients, managing new projects, lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and contribute to solutions to ensure timely project completion.

2. CAD and 3D Design: Collaborate with our engineering team to create 2D and 3D CAD models for various EV components, ensuring accuracy and precision. Utilize analysis software to assess the structural integrity and performance of EV components, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

3. Manufacturing Follow-Up: Work closely with manufacturing teams to monitor the production of EV components. Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to design specifications and quality standards. Address any manufacturing issues promptly to maintain production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps including automated system configuration, application deployment, and infrastructure-as-code.
