Brief Description:

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Scrum Master working at NonStop io, you will analyse and define system requirements to support the software products. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to facilitate agile project execution and ensure business alignment with technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams in a software development environment, ensuring seamless communication, clear requirement gathering, and effective sprint planning. This individual will oversee the software enhancements through the entire SDLC, from discovery, design, development, and validation. The individual is responsible for communicating technical and functional requirements with stakeholders and users, creating JIRA tickets detailing requirements for the Engineering team, creating timelines for deliverables, and reporting project status updates upon request.

Key Responsibilities - Business Analysis

● Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and clients to gather and document requirements

● Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

● Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams

● Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business goals

● Support testing teams by defining test cases and ensuring proper validation of requirements

Key Responsibilities - Scrum Master Responsibilities

● 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or related roles

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

● Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories

● Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent

● Familiarity with the healthcare domain or enterprise software is a plus

● Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

● Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

● Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus

Qualifications:

● Domain Knowledge of the genetics, genetic testing, Provider/ patient portal, and/or healthcare

● Bachelor or advanced degree in Biology-related discipline is preferred, or Computer Science and similar relevant specialization or equivalent work experience

● 2-5 years of business analysis experience with software development

● Strong working knowledge and experience using JIRA

● Strong verbal and written skills

● Experience facilitating project meetings and requirements gathering

● Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies

● Scrum master experience is highly preferred

● Project Manager experience is nice to have

● Strong proficiency with SQL (if/then, joins, etc)

● Strong working experience with relational/non-relational databases

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

● Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Primary Role & Responsibility:

As a software engineer, your daily work involves technically challenging applications and projects where your code makes a direct contribution to the further development and upkeep of our software suite and to its application in projects.

You should be able to create Splunk dashboards, apps and should have good understanding of source interfaces for Splunk.

You should have idea of onboarding of data from different sources like JSON, XML, syslog, errorlog files.

The often complex functionality of the software includes business logic, controls for logistical transport, communication with external computer systems, reporting, data analysis and simulation. This functionality is spread across various components. You design, program and test the software based on a design concept and a set of requirements. Desired Profile & Experience: Knowledge of Kafka and experience with Java

• Splunk Architecture, on-premise and cloud based deployment.

• Analytical skills and capabilities to understand how raw (unstructured) data needs to be transformed into processed information.

• Augmenting, improving, redesigning, and/or re-implementing Dolat's low-latency/high-throughput production trading environment, which collects data from and disseminates orders to exchanges around the world
• Optimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques
• Developing systems that provide easy access to historical market data and trading simulations
• Building risk-management and performance-tracking tools
• Shaping the future of Dolat through regular interviewing and infrequent campus recruiting trips
