We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance multi-platform applications across Desktop, iOS, and Android.

🔹 Requirements:

✅7–9 years of overall software development experience

✅Strong hands-on experience in Flutter (Mobile + Desktop)

✅Minimum 2 years of team leadership and mentoring experience

✅Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

✅Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Ensure lightweight and highly responsive app
• Extending the features as per requirement
• Write expressive code that is clear enough to compensate for simple documentation
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and
• Have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK, design principles, patterns, c,c++ and best practices
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Experience in using git preferably with github or bitbucket
• Familiarity with Google Maps API, push notifications, firebase, Dart,SMS gateways and Payment gateways
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

JOB LOCATION: Lower Parel, Mumbai

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Kotlin, Java
• Important libraries include Dagger, RxJava, Realm
• MVVM Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, robust, and scalable Flutter/Android/iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Implement clean and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns specific to mobile development.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of the applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and send data from/to the backend servers.
• Work with SQLite or other database technologies to implement data persistence in mobile applications.
• Implement effective UI/UX designs following Material Design guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve application performance, maintainability, and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users or clients, providing timely and effective solutions.

IOS DEVELOPMENT:

• Willing to contribute in Small or Large Project Teams
• Must be willing to start Immediately work from home permanent
• Good Communication Skills (English)
• Can Allocate working hours (Flexible) as per Projects Req.
• Must have Good Internet & Good Laptop/System

Hands-on experience in working with Android Studio, Visual Studio & Xamarin.Forms.

Hands-on experience in creating user interface using Xamarin.Forms, Android SDK & iOS SDK for designing UI using XAML with various layouts and controls.

Hands-on experience required on MVVM.​

Hands-on experience in developing Xamarin.Forms Custom Renderers, Data Binding, Effects,Gustures, Sliders, List views, Buttons, Styles, Check boxes, Date Pickers, Webview and Dependency Service.

Need Good Knowledge on data storage options using SQLite Database, Shared Preferences and Content Provider In Xamarin.Forms & Android.

Hands-on experience  in Server integration technologies including web services RESTful APIs.

Need Good Knowledge in integrating Google Play Services, Google Maps API and Google

         Cloud Messaging.

Need Good Knowledge with Push Notification Implementation in Xamarin.Android by Firebase.

Working experience  required on developing  the applications and testing them on Emulators, mobiles and tablets.

Proficient in generating Android .APK & iOS .IPA files deploying to the Playstore and App Store.
