What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with our design team to translate project goals into visually compelling user interfaces.
• Assist in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design user interfaces that are visually consistent, intuitive, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Build visual moodboards, screen designs, and clickable flows for web and mobile experiences.
• Help maintain and improve our design system for consistency across projects.
• Stay curious and explore the latest UI design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up the design process while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Take constructive feedback to improve your designs and grow your skills every day.

What we are looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI design and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy).
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, or similar UI design software.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic or personal projects) are mandatory.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Passion for creating interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.

Golang Developer

Location: Chennai/ Hyderabad/Pune/Noida/Bangalore

Job Description:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience working with Golang.
• Strong Cloud experience is required for day-to-day work.
• Experience with the Go programming language is necessary.
• Good communication skills are a plus.

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Naukri and Indeed)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on the company careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter with a Real Estate background.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques Boolean Search,
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• 1-2 years of HR/IT Recruiter experience with excellent communication
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet
