We’re Hiring: React Native Developer Intern

Duration: 1-3 months (Paid internship)

Start Date: Immediate

Location: We are based in Hong Kong but this role is remote so you can work anywhere in the world.

We are looking for a student intern React Native Developer who will be working very closely with our founding engineer to polish and improve the current product.

Key Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experiences with React Native and Expo

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions) and Google Cloud Platform

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of Node.js

•⁠ ⁠Able to debug and maintain existing mobile app

•⁠ ⁠Experience launching iOS and Android apps

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of AI integration in an cost effective manner (DeepSeek experience is a plus)

•⁠ ⁠Bonus: experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and can work independently

Job Description -

Front line officers who are working in the areas of Sales. Visit channels and Direct partners and source a home loan file. They bring in & login the file & ensure going ahead to credit team for screening.

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the growth of Factory Acquisition product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Identify, Plan and execute side Product Hacks to speedup Factory Acquisitions
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Build product flows for seamless factory onboarding at scale
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Drive the Factory CAC Metric
• Implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

Core Responsibilities:

• Handling all Devops activities
• Engage with development teams to document and implement best practices for our existing and new products
• Ensure reliability of services by making systems and applications stable
• Implement DevOps technologies and processes i.e. containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, metrics, monitoring, etc.
• Good understanding of Terraform (or similar ‘Infrastructure as Code’ technologies)
• Good understanding of modern CI/CD methods and approaches
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment, and operations
• The expertise of AWS ecosystem (EC2, ECS, S3, VPC, ALB, SG)
• Experience in monitoring production systems and being proactive to ensure that outages are limited
• Develop and contribute to several infrastructure improvement projects around performance, security, autoscaling, and cost-optimization

What are we looking for:

• AWS cloud services – Compute, Networking, Security and Database services
• Strong with Linux fundamentals
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes in a Production Environment
• Working knowledge of Terraform/Ansible
• Working Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana or any other monitoring system
• Good at scripting with Bash/Python/Shell
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline preferably AWS DevOps
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A top-notch DevOps Engineer will demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the capacity to mentor subordinates
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Openness to learning new tools and technologies
• Startup Experience would be a plus

• Vast knowledge of PHP programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience on object-oriented PHP, MVC design pattern and Laravel 5+ PHP Framework.
• Good understanding of Relational Database and normalization concepts.
• Should be hands-on with CSS, HTML (Responsive Web Design), JavaScript, jQuery & AJAX.
• Good communication skills; both verbal as well as written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage time efficiently to meet project timelines
• Ability to work well independently, or with remote teams
• Creative and efficient problem solver.

• Experience in Agile Software Development projects
• Experience in writing Unit Testing cases (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
