Required Skills

• Experience: 4 to 7 years

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in product engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and REST API development. You will be working in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of scalable software products

• 2– 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Review Criteria

• Strong Senior Backend Engineer profiles
• Must have 5+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems
• Must have strong backend development experience using one or more frameworks (FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), Express (Node.js).
• Must have deep understanding of relevant libraries, tools, and best practices within the chosen backend framework
• Must have strong experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, along with efficient data modeling and performance optimization
• Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and backend systems, including system design and clean code practices
• Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, or fintech applications is highly preferred (fintech background is a strong plus)
• (Company) – Must have worked in product companies / startups, preferably Series A to Series D

The Junior/ Senior Software Engineer will be a member of the development team for Supply Chain Application module suite. The Supply Chain modules includes components at various layers, including server-side, integration, supply chain planning engines and user-interface. This individual will be responsible for participating in module development and providing technical assistance to junior members of the team.

Experience and Skills:

• 4-10 years of of experience in writing software
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Strong Object Oriented Programming Skills. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Extensive knowledge of the Java programming language
• Understanding of software design patterns, J2EE components (EJB, JSP, Servlets), and XML
• Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and Object/Relational frameworks. Should be able to write SQL queries, procedures, triggers and do basic performance tuning.
• Experience with C++ is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain management domain.
• Prior experience in development or consulting with an enterprise software vendor – preferably in supply chain planning or forecasting area.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns & protocols, including SOAP, REST, JMS, EDI is a plus.
• Experience writing build & deployment scripts (e.g. Ant)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, support
• Some experience with a scripting language such as Python or Ruby preferred
• Some experience with newer web client technologies such as AJAX, EXTJS preferred.
