• Develop and maintain design systems and libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across all projects.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs based on user needs and insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business or technology field
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 reporting in depth (default & custom) & Universal Analytics
• Extensive digital expertise including digital measurement and associated data and technology platforms
• In depth knowledge of the Google Analytics KPIs

As we expand our footprint and also prepare for a stronger online presence (Shopify store for gemstones & related products), we are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts.

Job Role

Handle HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Employee life cycle
• PMS Management- JD, KRA, KPI, SOP
• Manage Recruitment Lifecycle while ensuring the right talent is brought in to support the retail and online growth.
• Manage sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding candidates across store staff, retail sales, store operations, online sales support, and back-office roles.
• Intra-Departmental coordination - Understand staffing from respective stakeholders to identify open roles and positions.
• Job Posting- Create and post job advertisements on relevant job portals, social media, local networks, and referrals.
• Source candidates proactively (via job boards, walk-ins, referrals, databases) and build a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring.
• Screen resumes/applications, conduct preliminary phone or face-to-face interviews to assess fit (skills, experience, attitude, cultural fit,) and shortlist for store/offline roles.
• Coordinate interviews with store leadership or hiring managers, schedule, communicate with candidates, follow up, and keep the process moving smoothly.
• HR Operations - Processing offers, joinings, and onboarding (documentation, orientation) for new hires.
• Maintain candidate MIS records.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in human resources/recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organization, time management, and multi-tasking ability
• Comfort with basic MS Office (Excel/Word) and candidate tracking.
• Proactive, energetic, result-oriented, with a passion for retail and recruitment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.

DESIRED SKILLS: React.js, JavaScript, Redux, RESTful APIs, TypeScript

JOB SUMMARY
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT Web Token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
Familiarity with any ReactJS testing framework is plus

Job Responsibilities

• At least 1-3 Years of Mobile App Development experience in React Native Framework.
• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
• Worked on Social API integration, Core location APIs, Payment gateway integration, Google Maps, Webviews, Push Notification Service.
• Must have strong experience in Javascript, React JS.
• Strong Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL, Firebase or similar databases.
• Strong experience in sensors like accelerometer & gyroscope and detecting / correcting memory usage issues.
• Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3.

Required Skills

• Develop and enhance Mobile Application using HTML5, jQuery Mobile, JavaScript and CSS3.
• Define technical design for mobile application ecosystem (enterprise integration working with REST services, Vendor Mobile APIS, Push notifications, etc.)
• Integrate available plugins to utilize native phone APIs to handle push notifications, geolocation and payment processing (Google Wallet, Apple Pay, etc.)
• Potentially dig down into the native layer to develop custom plugins to achieve desired functionality if not supported by the chosen framework.
• Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems - strategic and tactical.
• Contribute to the improvement of the efficiency of through scripts, tool code, component development or methodology enhancement.
• Develops, maintains, monitors and tunes performance of the app.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements.

Desired Skills

• 1-3  years of experience into React Native.
• Published 2 or more apps in the Google Play Store and Apple iTunes store.

Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
