Job Description for Sales Manager

Sales Manager – Position would be based out of Bommasandra Bangalore. Position Is open to both male and female candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

 Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing

plans for EMC Products, Resistors, Heating elements and other products in

company product line-up to meet defined revenue targets in the Northern Region

 Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently source new business opportunities. Rapport and handling existing accounts and servicing them.

 Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor marketing

campaigns as and when required.

 Client Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling

or cross-selling of all products under VIBCOM

 Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and research market

trends to adjust pricing strategies and product positioning.

 Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive, tailored product demonstrations and proposals to high-ticket decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).

 Market penetration skills / Market analysis to see where we stand against our competitors

 Keeping an update ongoing & upcoming defence projects and finding

opportunities with DRDOs, PSUs (BEL,BEML,ECIL,HAL,HVF,etc), Other

defence equipment manufacturing companies to pitch our products for their

application. Bidding and Tender submissions would be an added advantage.

 Excellent knowledge on the North Indian topography and having worked in an

Electronic component distribution company would be an added advantage

Key Skills & Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Electrical, Electronics,

Communication) ,( MBA would be an added advantage )

 Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven success in a B2B or B2C sales/marketing environment.

 Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, ERP ,MS Office, Etc

 Preference will be given for candidates with Defence product background.

Soft Skills 

 Consultative Selling: Shifting from "presenting" to problem-solving and acting

as a trusted advisor.Negotiation: Proven ability to handle complex objections

and close high-value deals.

• 2.5+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Experience in AWS.
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

React Native Developer Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code.
• Use additional JavaScript libraries, such as Redux, to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website loading speed.
• Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match designs.
• Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks for native-like performance.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and assist in implementing mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves quickly and frequently breaks things.
• Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups as well as two-week sprints.
• Utilize new, contemporary, smooth animations and transitions to provide a great user experience.
• Plan the data and presentation layers of the application's front end.
• Be a part of a React Native developer community that shares knowledge and assists one another when problems arise.

React Native Developer Requirements

• Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science/Information Technology plus 3+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, React.js, Flux, and Redux.
• Strong command of the JavaScript, TypeScript, or ClojureScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• REST API knowledge, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Ability to identify with FullStack clients' goals and commit to delivering on the promises you and your team make to them.
• You work well in groups and enjoy working in the office with your coworkers.
• A positive outlook and a go-getter attitude

• At least 1 &2 Years of experience required.

• Experience with Google Adwords, Social Media Ads is a plus.

• Keyword research analytics

• Experienced in On-page SEO, Off-page SEO and Technical SEO

• Link building and Ranking analysis

• Knowledge of SEO tools and SEO plugins

• Abilities for improving organic Google search results for keyword search ranks.

• Must be able to talk well in English.

• Perform performance tuning and query optimization using native SQL Server tools
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
• Should be familiar with the AWS ecosystem and services
• Experience in deployment of scalable, low-latency, and highly available distributed systems
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development
