● Design and develop high-performance,scalable, and secure backend APIs and services

using .NET Core.

● Work withrelational (MS-SQL) andNoSQL (CosmosDB, MongoDB) databases to create

optimized data models and ensure data consistency and performance.

Required Experience:

● 4.5 -7.5 years of experience in backend development.

● Strong experience with .NET Core and building RESTful APIs.

● Proficient with MS-SQL and experience working with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and MongoDB.

● Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Storage, API Management, Azure SQL Database,etc.).

● Understanding of software development principles such as object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.

● Experience with version control systems such as Git.

● Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application design.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and deployment automation is a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

● Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead to guide the development and enhancement of a large-scale Data Observability solution built on AWS. This platform is pivotal in delivering monitoring, reporting, and actionable insights across the client's data landscape.

The Technical Lead will drive end-to-end feature delivery, mentor junior engineers, and uphold engineering best practices. The position reports to the Programme Technical Lead / Architect and involves close collaboration to align on platform vision, technical priorities, and success KPIs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of features for the data observability solution.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting technical growth and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with the architect to align on platform roadmap, vision, and success metrics.
• Ensure high quality, scalability, and performance in data engineering solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and operational readiness.

🔧 Primary Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• 5+ years in Data Engineering or Software Engineering roles.
• 3+ years in a technical team or squad leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in AWS Data Services: Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, Athena, S3.
• Advanced programming experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL.
• Proven experience in building scalable, production-grade data pipelines on cloud platforms.

1. Establish a strong rapport with potential clients via all communication channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn, to set up meetings for the Demo Engineers and Account Executives. This involves engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and building a relationship of trust and credibility.
2. Craft and lead outbound campaigns for potential markets, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and other relevant platforms. These campaigns should focus on educating prospects about Clickpost's value proposition, highlighting the benefits and unique features of the product or service.
3. In order to excel in this role, having a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales roles would be beneficial. If this experience is specifically in the SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce industry, it would be considered a bonus. This background would provide valuable insights into the target market and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these industries.

Your Responsibilities:

• Initiating telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscal’s programs
• Building solid relationships with potential customers in the pipeline.
• Determining the persona and providing solutions based on the pain points of the potential customers.
• Coordinating both pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups.

Must Haves:

• 0 to 1 year of full-time sales experience (ed-tech sales would be an added advantage) .
• Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with tech lingo.
• Solid English communication (both written and verbal)

Good to have:

• Street smart (gives equal weightage to hard work and smart work).
• Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detail.
• Fluency with excel/google sheets or related software.
• Ability to communicate complex products in the simplest of terms with relevant examples
