Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in VueJS to design, build, and maintain responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in both frontend and backend technologies, ensuring seamless integration and high performance of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using VueJS and Java Fullstack technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Lead the development and implementation of frontend components.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions for scalable solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend and fullstack development.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java Fullstack Development.
• Expertise in VueJS.
• Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design feasibility and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

· 5+ years of experience in software development using Java.

· Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Batch.

· Experience with microservices architecture.

· Hands-on experience with Cassandra or similar NoSQL databases.

· Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).

· Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins etc

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated SEO analyst to join our growth team. In this role, you will work on improving organic visibility, increasing search traffic, and supporting content strategy for our product pages and resources. Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Optimize product pages, landing pages, and blog content for target keywords.

Technical SEO

Off-Page SEO

• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities.

• Track brand mentions, citations, and outreach activities.

Keyword Research & Analysis

• Perform keyword research for product pages, blogs, and feature releases.

• Identify ranking opportunities and search intent for targeted keywords.

• Track keyword performance and suggest improvements.

Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

• Share insights and growth recommendations with the marketing team.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of SEO experience (freshers with a strong interest in SEO can apply).

• Basic understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and any SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

• Good understanding of how search engines work.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including content, development, and product.

Responsibilities:

 Handling a team of Wealth Managers and planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products through the team by motivating, Inspiring and providing guidance to the team to keep the performance levels high

 Maintaining profitability targets by ensuring good IRR and cross sell

 Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing business plans to build consumer preference

 Responsible for creation a client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients by interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels; for maximum client retention & achievement of revenues

 Monitoring client’s portfolio performance and rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI

 Proven track record of establishing systems/ procedures, thereby contributing in a major way towards augmented growth and profitability level

 Fulfilling the compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation and Product Sales and managing Delinquencies by ensuring proper Sales Process

 Recruiting, training and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition within the team
