Lead Frontend Developer

Overview of the Job:

We are looking for developers who are passionate about working in a highly entrepreneurial setup

developing products for enterprise clients and vendors in the Supply chain finance paradigm.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and build products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Overview of the Function:

The incumbent will work closely with the engineering leads and engineering managers along

with the product team on deploying and testing existing and potential products.

The Product and Engineering team conceptualizes designing, develop and customize

products.

Reporting to:

The incumbent will be working closely with the Engineering Lead.

Your Role:

• Manage design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches

• Prioritizing and articulate product and product features, and working cross-functionally with

engineers, product manager and Design Team to bring these products and features to reality

• Hands-on with design and challenges in interfaces

• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect

attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.

• Making things happen execute good ideas that come from team, and make sure that the

whole team is doing its best work.

• Comfortable in working for interface designing

Skill Set:

• Expert Knowledge on Angluar Framework (8 and above)

• Hands On expertise on HTMS , CSS and JS.

• Hands-on working knowledge and experience are required in:

.Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS

. Deep Knowledge of Frameworks like React.

.Deep Knowledge of tools like Yarn, Grunt, Gulp, npm etc.

.Knowledge of Restful APIs, JWT, and OAuth2.

.Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, PLSQL, etc.)

.Agile Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.)

.Knowledge of Benchmarking and Optimization Frameworks

.Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality and optimized code

.Knowledge of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks

.GIT/Bit Bucket, Jira, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Visual Studio Code.

• Experience with several of the following tools/technologies is desirable:

.Microservices Architecture

.Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably AWS

.NoSQL Databases (Redis, Elastic Search, Mongo etc.)

.Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers d. Knowledge of CDN will be a Bonus

• Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus:

JD :

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wire-frames into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following ReactJS workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

• Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Self taught developer.
• 3+ years of experience in fundamentals of web, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Understanding of product design, user experience and skills to recreate and match high quality pixel perfect designs and can go above and beyond in detailing.
• Has ability to build a ground up resoluble components and in-house UI system that can scale across the product.

A collaborative role with Individual ownership ✅

• Ownership of developing UI related features. Work with with the rest of the engineering team to develop, launch or maintain features.
• Take ownership of design <> dev collaboration and participate in the education of both sides.
• Work closely with design team and become a bridge between engineering and design.
• Maintain code integrity.

• Responsible for the implementation of end-to-end modules starting from user interface, business logic layer and database layer.
• Proficient in HTML, javascript.
• React JS experience is an added advantage.
• Assists in research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the software development life cycle.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and optimizes code.
• Participates in requirements gathering meetings and produces technical documentation as needed.
