3. The Experience That Sets You Apart:

● 4+ years of hands-on experience building responsive web apps using React

● Deep understanding of React hooks, component architecture, and state management

● Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

● Proven ability to own features end-to-end — from design handoff to production

● Experience integrating with REST APIs and optimizing performance

● Familiar with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows

● Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library

● Comfortable mentoring juniors and collaborating in cross-functional teams

4. Your Subject Matter Expertise:

● SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 4 years

● Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100

● Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team

● Should see themselves going deeper into the same role even 5 years down the line

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.

● Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle. ● Experience in developing responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).

● Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

● Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.

● Knowledge of mobile-first and progressive web app (PWA) development.

● Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for collaboration.

● Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.

● Understanding of backend technologies and REST/GraphQL APIs for better integration.

Job Description: 

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Front-End Web Developer, who can work in a fast-paced environment primarily using the latest front-end development practices (WordPress, HTML / CSS, Svelte.js, Bootstrap / jQuery / JavaScript / PHP).

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building the website front-end.

• Creating the website architecture.

• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.

• Conducting website performance tests.

• Troubleshooting content issues.

• Conducting WordPress training with the client.

• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience in React JS and Redux
• Expert in React.j, ideally using TypeScript language extensions
• Good understanding of JavaScript Design Patterns
• Good experience writing front-end test cases
• HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web design are mandatory
• Exposure to Scrum methodology and XP technical practices such as unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, continuous integration or continuous delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Web pack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

About the role

• At least one PWA project
• Deep knowledge of Typescript (at least 2 years)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Used to writing automated tests with tools like Jest & Cypress
• Working with a ticketing tool like Jira
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile Development
• Experiences with NodeJS is a plus
• Experiences with Monorepositorys and Nx is a plus
