Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 12–15 years of hands-on software development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud technologies, along with proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring development teams.

The candidate will work closely with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Java developers.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
