Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager / Executive who understands the evolving landscape of Blockchain, Web3, and Crypto technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning the company as a leader in blockchain-driven financial innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Blockchain / Web3 / Crypto ecosystem.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, startups, and enterprise partners.
• Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to align business strategies with client needs.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase blockchain-based products and investment solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to identify new growth avenues.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and partnership development.
• Represent the company at blockchain conferences, Web3 summits, and online communities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, or SaaS domains.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals — DeFi, NFTs, Smart Contracts, Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols, and crypto investment products.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced blockchain startup environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital outreach strategies.

Good to Have

• Experience engaging with international blockchain clients or investor communities.
• Existing professional network within the Web3 / Crypto ecosystem.
• Awareness of blockchain compliance, tokenomics, or DeFi models.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development required.
• Proficiency in C# is essential as it is the primary language used in .NET development here at Hexure.
• In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, including its core components, class libraries, and APIs, is crucial. Understanding frameworks like ASP.NET, Entity Framework is important.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary for building user interfaces and client-side interactions. Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React can be advantageous.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or MySQL, including writing complex queries, designing efficient database schemas, and understanding database performance optimization.
• Understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is important. Familiarity with version control systems (ADO), issue tracking tools (JIRA), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is beneficial.
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns: Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM) for building maintainable and scalable applications.
• Experience working in an Agile scrum team environment.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like NUnit or MSTest, as well as experience with debugging techniques and tools, is essential for ensuring application quality.
• Awareness of common security vulnerabilities and best practices for securing .NET applications, such as input validation, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Proficiency in optimizing application performance, including techniques like caching, query optimization, and efficient resource utilization.

Objectives of this Role

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
• Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
• Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
• Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in NPS scores to identify areas of improvement
• Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies

Requisites

• 0-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Readiness to travel to client location as and when required

Candidates must be based out of Mumbai. Work from office @ WeWork Malad.

Core Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate analysis and optimization techniques to scale media campaigns on Facebook.
• Run both regular as well as retargeting campaigns on Facebook.
• Use data from Facebook as well as our internal data tools to expand, evolve, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Run multivariate tests in order to determine highest performing creatives.
• Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to social media marketing.
• Stay on top of Facebook Ad Policies
• Optimising various campaigns.
• Managing and setting KPI’s for affiliates
• Reducing CPA and CPD through all acquisition sources.

What we need...

• 2-3 years of development experience of consumer products with hands-on experience in designing, developing and testing applications.
• Experience in Swift, Auto-layouts, TDDs and willingness to learn more.
• Well versed with Core Data, Architecture & Design Patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms, etc.
• Passion for finding and sharing best practices and driving discipline for superior code quality
• Working knowledge of Xcode & code signing.
