Position: BPO Team Leader – Customer Service & Renewals
Location: Delhi
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader in outbound customer service.

1. AWS Serverless, AWS CDK:
Proficiency in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other relevant AWS services.

Technical Support Specialist
- Minimum experience of 2-5 years with good exposure in customer handling with different software products.
