Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Basic Knowledge of GST & TDS
2. Expertise in accounting, compliance, GST, and taxation.
3. Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, and Excel is required
4. Should manage a team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Go lang Developer, you will be working on Blockchain Layer 1.

● Advanced proficiency in Golang programming language, and good skills in languages such as C++,

Java, Solidity and Python (good to have).

● Extensive experience in back-end development, algorithms, and data structures.

● Extensive Knowledge of blockchain structure, protocol development or Smart Contract

● Writing clean, efficient, and reusable code that follows best practices and coding standards.

● knowledge of distributed and decentralized network protocols

● Knowledge of various decentralized ledger technologies and protocols

● Understanding of gossip protocol and consensus protocol

● Knowledge of best practices in data protection.

Primary roles and responsibilities -

US IT Recruiter - JOB DESCRIPTION

Being involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling follow-up, and joining

Sourcing from job portals, databases, references, and other sources

Validating the resumes based on checklists

Communicating with the candidates with status updates, reference requirement, etc

Maintaining relationships with the candidates to get references and spread networking

Managing consultant relationships. Administering the selection process/procedure effectively in all recruitments, and working toward process improvement

Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience: - 3-6 years of relevant experience on IT recruitment.  

Different work visas (CPT, OPT, EAD, GC, TN, E3 etc), tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and employment types & US geography and different time zone.

Good communication skills to coordinate

Ability to work as a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills

Should be self-motivated

Certified Ethical Hacker Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• CEH Certification.
• Proven work experience of at least 2-5 years as a Certified Ethical Hacker.
• Effective Programming Skills required but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, Python, PHP, SQL etc.
• Advanced knowledge of networking systems and security software.
• In-depth knowledge of parameter manipulation, session hijacking, and cross-site scripting.
• Technical knowledge of routers, firewalls, and server systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to see big-picture system flaws.

• B.Tech/B.E.(IT/Computers), B.Sc( Computers), MSc (IT), BCA (Computer) or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation

• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git )
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.
