Responsibilities

• Accountable for entire presales related activity such as Requirements Capturing, Analysis, Proposals, Estimation, Project Timelines

• Bringing expertise in client acquisition and contract negotiation along with relationship-building, and team leadership abilities.
• Results-driven and proactive with a demonstrated record of accomplishment in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
• Quarterly/Annual revenue goal setting and resource planning to achieve them.
• Gathering requirements to understand the needs of clients, and their problem statements.
• Demonstrating solutions to stakeholders and getting closure by negotiating on price.
• Key Account Management for bigger revenue and becoming strategic partners
• Create effective strategies to target new markets after researching and analyzing competitor behavior, change in the market, etc.
• Work with the marketing team to increase engagement in target demographics
• Handle customer relations issues, enabling quick resolution and client satisfaction
• Managing and defining Outbound lead channels which includes data research on targeted companies, campaign management, and follow-up management.
• Attend networking events, community events, and hearings to generate leads
• Upsell additional products as the need arise

 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Thane for an HR Recruiter at Watch Your Health. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be involved in onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Preparing Business Case for new projects in alignment with BU Head and Business

Solutioning Team.

 Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects

 Monitoring the progress of projects

 Review use cases and other technical documents to ensure business requirements are

adequately reflected in planning documents.

 Develop MIS aligned to critical performance metrics identified.

 Oversee the AOP exercise of the Region/ BU and monitor actual vs. AOP

 Works closely within the unit and with business partners to identify and maximize

opportunities and to improve products and services.

 Assist Regional Head in developing tactical and strategic products, services and/or

programs to support the region’s goals.

Experience & attributes

 5-7 years’ experience in business analysis and project management with multinational

corporations or Big 4 accounting firms. Experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive

and Corporate Intelligence preferred.

 Prior experience in telecom sector most preferred.

 Strong Financial modelling skills with ability to analyse and assess the financial viability

of long-term projects using financial metrics.

 Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to develop and analysis business

plans.

 Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, practices, process and

techniques including the ability to gather clear business requirements.

 Proven experience working with MS Office suite and developing and maintaining various

analyses and reporting tools.
