Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js technology stack. You should be passionate about writing clean, scalable code and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and databases.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in design and development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
• Maintain documentation of software functionality and technical decisions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React.js and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose ORM.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Good understanding of microservices, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and role-based access control.
• Experience with unit testing and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes).
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• 4 to 7 years of experience (or equivalent understanding of software engineering)

We are hiring for Full Stack Java Developers with our MNC Client . Please go through the below details

1. 7+ years of strong Java & J2EE working experience
2. 5+ years’ experience with web 2.0 technologies including use of OO JavaScript, Ajax, JS libraries (e.g. Ext Js/jQuery/DOJO/ etc.) Bootstrap, Angular or React, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, and strong understanding of browser compatibility issues.
3. Micro services development build and deployment experience with CICD build pipeline.
4. 3+ years’ experience with frameworks like spring, hibernate, jpa and databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL and NoSQL
5. Experience using Agile software development methodologies.
6. Shows interest around Quality and QA process.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
8. Ability to effectively document artifacts and processes, then explain them to others.
9. Knowledge of OOAD principles and methodologies (e.g. UML).
10. Experience using GIT and issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
11. Cloud-based applications leveraging AWS.
12. Working experience in AEM 6.0+ implementation is desirable.
13. Experience working with geographically distributed teams is a plus
