Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience to develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, and API integration, and be passionate about building smooth, high-performance apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver quality applications.
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Deploy apps on Play Store and App Store.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, State Management (GetX / Provider / Bloc).
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and Git.
• Understanding of app architecture, UI/UX, and responsive design.
• Experience in publishing mobile apps.

Good to Have

• Experience with native Android/iOS development.
• Knowledge of Flutter Web or Desktop.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Strong Product Designer, with a focus on B2B SaaS / Enterprise UX Products

Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 3+ YOE in UI + UX design experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise products

Mandatory (B2B Exposure) : Must have hands-on B2B experience (NO pure B2C profiles)

Mandatory (UX Skills) : Must have strong end-to-end UX experience (research, flows, wireframes, journey, prototyping)

Mandatory (UI Skills) : Must be able to deliver high-fidelity, developer-ready Figma designs

Mandatory (Design tools): Hand on experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma. Knowledge of Axure, InVision are a plus

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have strong portfolio of Product Design works from SaaS / B2B / HRMS / Intranet Products. The portfolio should show detailed case studies, not just UI screens

Mandatory (Education) : Bachelor's degree specializing in Design or related field (NID / NIFT / IIT / equivalent preferred). No candidates who have only done short UX bootcamps (2–7 days).

Opportunity

 Full stack Developer (more front end)

Responsibilities:

Implement responsive and performant UIs with a user-centered approach with frontend technologies including React Js, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc

Build backend REST APIs on Python 3 based server frameworks for deployment and scaling of our product(s)

Write meaningful test cases for frontend & backend platforms

Integrate our products with 3rd party products/tools/services

Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance-driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

At least 24 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services-oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments

Expertise in programming using Python/Javascript or similar scripting languages

In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs

Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Nice to have exposure to any of

• Resolve billing and Support inquiries in a timely and productive manner
• Coordinate small customer projects

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements
