Our frontend has reached a critical inflection point: we have upgraded our UI foundation, clarified our product direction, and established strong momentum. We are no longer just shipping isolated features. About the role

This Frontend role is for someone who wants to own more than feature delivery. You will shape how frontend engineering works here: how product UI is built, how shared components evolve, how standards are set, how architecture decisions are made, and how AI-assisted development is used without compromising quality.

The Reality & The Mission

Our frontend is functional, but it is currently under-owned at the senior level. We are looking for a technical counterpart to partner with our UI engineer. You will focus on three key challenges:

• Systemic Architecture: Creating clear component boundaries and maintainable patterns to reduce technical debt in a fast-paced environment.
• UI Consistency: Maturing our shared component library so that visually complex workflows across our product suite feel polished, friendly, and robust.
• AI-First Guardrails: Designing the linting standards, automated validation, and review practices that allow us to leverage AI coding speed safely without code quality drift.

What You Will Own (Day 1)

• Frontend System Architecture: Define the structural patterns, boundaries, and long-term scalability of our React applications.
• Design-System Maturity: Build, mature, and drive adoption of a proper design-system foundation. Pair directly with our capable UI engineer to draw clean lines between design implementation and component engineering.
• AI-First Standards: Design and enforce code review standards that make AI-assisted velocity safe and sustainable.
• Theming & Variations: Refactor and upgrade shared component libraries to ensure they are reusable, extensible, and natively support brand-wise variations and light/dark modes.
• Technical Direction: Guide the day-to-day technical choices of the frontend team, raising the bar for reuse and execution quality.

Discovered Scope (What you will define)

• We want you to have the autonomy to analyze and build out:
• Frontend Observability: Select and implement the telemetry, error monitoring, and user-facing performance tools needed to keep our products healthy.
• Developer Experience (DX) Tooling: Design internal libraries, linters, or workflows that speed up local development cycles.

What We Expect You to Bring

• 4–5 years of experience building real-world frontend products in production.
• Strong hands-on experience with React JS and JSX.
• Deep fundamentals in modern JavaScript and React state management.
• Experience building, evolving, or maturing design systems and shared component libraries.
• Ability to structure clean API integrations and handle data synchronization.
• A collaborative mindset and a strong eye for visual polish.

Bonus Points If You Have Worked With:

• TypeScript
• Frontend observability, performance optimization, or error monitoring tools
• Theming systems, dark mode architecture, or multi-brand UI foundations
• Fast-growing SaaS product teams with high ownership and velocity

This Role is Probably Not For You If:

• You prefer narrowly scoped implementation work over broad systems ownership.
• You mainly enjoy greenfield projects and dislike refactoring or building on top of live products.
• You optimize for perfect, dogmatic abstraction over practical progress.
• You want frontend direction to be fully predefined for you.

Job Description: Implementation Manager / Solution Implementation Lead

(Tech + Customer-Facing Role)

About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who can bridge the gap between technology, product, and customer success. The ideal candidate should understand APIs, integrations, workflows, and product configurations while also being comfortable interacting with customers, conducting workshops, managing go-lives, and driving adoption.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding and successful deployment of the platform for Banks, NBFCs, and other enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for enterprise customers.
• Understand customer workflows, business requirements, and operational challenges.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
• Configure product workflows, questionnaires, user journeys, and implementation setups.
• Coordinate pilot launches, UAT, production rollout, and post go-live support.

Technical Coordination

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams for integrations and deployment.
• Understand APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, LOS integrations, and workflow configurations.
• Assist clients with technical discussions around APIs, data flow, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
• Track dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones.

Customer Communication

• Act as the primary implementation SPOC for customers.
• Conduct training sessions for business and operations teams.
• Translate technical concepts into simple business language.
• Provide regular project updates, MOMs, trackers, and escalation management.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Understanding

• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, workflows, and SaaS products.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with implementation/project management tools and documentation.

Preferred Background

• 2–6 years of experience in:
• SaaS implementation
• Solution engineering
• Technical account management
• Product implementation
• Experience working with BFSI, FinTech, NBFCs, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.

Understand and handle deploying, troubleshooting issues with Compute, Networking, Storage, Database services on AWS & Azure.
IT experience in a team handling the cloud, infrastructure and Linux, Windows operating systems.

In depth knowledge of a wide range of AWS & Azure services in Compute, Storage, Networking, Infrastructure as a code, Serverless computing, IAM, CI/CD pipelines
Possess a thorough understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS etc.)

• Creating and managing ETL/ELT pipelines based on requirements
• Build PowerBI dashboards and manage datasets needed.
• Work with stakeholders to identify data structures needed for future and perform any transformations including aggregations.
• Build data cubes for real-time visualisation needs and CXO dashboards.

Responsibilities

·        You are responsible for various dimensions of testing (functional/non-functional), ensuring quality experiences for our customers.

·        With your extensive technical expertise and judgment, you are an integrated part of the software development team and define, document, analyze, perform and automate tests for products.

·        You will identify functional /non-functional issues and come up with creative resolutions from test automation.

·        You are responsible for adhering to best QA Automation practices and improving the quality of the products continuously.

·        You are responsible for creating reliability that enables and validates high quality releases at a fast pace.

·        You are responsible for creating and executing automation scripts on multiple platforms on Desktop, Mobile-Web and devices (iOS and Android app).

·        You are responsible for mentoring and guiding peer teammates for various projects.

·        Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.

·        Experience with Agile Scrum process.

·        You should have strong knowledge of different frameworks and knowledge of developing a test framework from scratch.

Desired Skills:

·        You should have a strong technical background, be detailed driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

·        Strong coding skills and OOD/OOP knowledge.

·        You should have around 5 -8 years of experience in test automation of Web/Mobile either.

·        You should have exposure to distributed systems or web applications/mobile applications.

·        Strong understanding of various testing cycles and release activities.

·        You must be aware of frameworks like Page Object Model, funtional object model.. etc.

·        Good to have working knowledge on performance testing and API testing tools like jmeter, Postman and rest-assured.

·        Experience participating of setup of test automation as part of CI/CD pipelines from the scratch.

·        Proficiency in programming languages in Java.

·        Have experience in industry best practices in development processes.

·        You should have strong experience in Selenium, appium, rest-assured.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EC/ or any Related field.

·        Previous experience as a test automation engineer (at least 3 years as SDET)

·        Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.

·        Highly accurate and detail-oriented.

• Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
• Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
