At Shopflo, we're trying to change the way consumers experience brands and businesses. Our first product was a cart and checkout platform for e-commerce, that allowed marketers to personalise discounts, rewards, and payments. We are currently also working on a new product that takes it a notch higher by unlocking enterprise-grade personalization for all consumer tech businesses.

Team & Company

Shopflo was founded by three co-founders:

• Ankit Bansal (ex-IIT Kharagpur, Oracle, Gupshup)
• Ishan Rakshit (ex-IIT Bombay, Parthenon, Elevation Capital)
• Priy Ranjan (ex-IIT Madras, McKinsey, Elevation Capital)

We’re a fast-growing team of ~50 people, based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We raised a $3.8M seed round from Tiger Global, TQ Ventures.

What you will do:

• Own and build next generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems
• Developing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts
• As part of an innovative, fast-paced team, you will actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes
• Ensure that all the assigned systems are performing to scale
• Work closely with co-founders, product managers, and backend engineers to decompose UI/UX flow into actionable tasks and ensure timely features delivery

You should apply if you have:

• 1- 2.5 years of work experience working as a ReactJS developer
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and knowledge in any one of the react based frameworks like Next, Gatsby is a plus
• Understanding of browser internals and the network stack
• Basic awareness of application security practices and deployment techniques for frontend projects
• Basic knowledge of testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest is a plus
• Fluency in using Git and GitHub
• Ability to write concise and structured code

Good to haves:

• Experience with React Native
• UI/UX design sense
• CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Bulma, and CSS Preprocessors
• Understanding of SSR, SSG, CSR

We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer, who should be able to

1. Strong knowledge on iPad, iPhone And Mobile compatibility developments.
2. Solid understanding of iOS application architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM).
3. Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
4. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
5. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Initiating professional engagement through chat and phone calls  with target and existing customers
• Provide excellent service to customers and address their inquiries or issues promptly.
• Process secure and efficient transactions such as bank verifications, entertainment portals, credit top-up in compliance with the SOPs. 
• Reach out customers to inform them about the latest promotions they can avail of.
• Engage with customers and update them about the latest promotions.

Work Experience

• Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls
• Good technical skills—able to comfortably navigate through smartphone and desktop applications
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Process secure and efficient transactions such as bank verifications, entertainment portals, credit top-up in compliance with the SOPs. 
• Reach out customers to inform them about the latest promotions they can avail of.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willing to work on-site overseas

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1- 2 Years of experience
• Good communication skills    

Responsibilities:

• Cold call prospects that are generated by external source of lead.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Identify decision makers with target leads to begin the sale process.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
• Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sale approaches.
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to team members
• Maintain & expand the company database of prospects.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with to call to action, dates, complete profile information, sources etc.
• Assist in creating Commercial proposals or RFP to potential customers.
• Support marketing efforts such as Webinars, events, Digital marketing, etc., as necessary.
• Make out-bound follow up calls to existing customers via email & telephone, cross sell & upsell.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into opportunity/ sales.
• Overcome Objections of prospects customers.
• Emphasize product /services features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales order form/ or reports.
• Enter new customer data and update changes in existing accounts in the Corporate data base in CRM.
• Attend periodic sales training wherever applicable.
• Appropriately communicate brand identity & corporate position.

Requirements:

• Strong selling skills
• Experience in Inside sales for minimum 1-2 years
• Result oriented, target driven and able to think out of box.
• Ability to understand the business dynamics and think of new ways for selling the company product & services.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in writing skills.

Additional Information:

• The company has a BYOD policy. It is mandatory to have own Laptop, Mobile device and a good internet connection.
• This is a "Work from home" requirement at least until end of 2020.
• The candidates however, must be willing to work out-of Noida or Mumbai offices in 2021.
