Enterprise Sales Executive

As a Mobile Software Developer your primary objective will be to design and build mobile applications for iOS platforms while actively participating in application design discussions and decisions. You will be an integral part of the development and maintenance of numerous cutting edge mobile applications. You'll utilize your expertise and your familiarity with iOS and XCode. Additionally, experience with Agile or XP methodologies or related iterative development processes will be necessary to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You will also utilize your knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Tools - source control (Git, SourceTree, SVN), issue tracking, and web service integration (REST, JSON and HTTP).

Our organization moves at light speed, so the ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering excellent results will be a priority. Strong communication and information gathering skills are required to capture and interpret business and functional requirements, fill in the gaps intelligently, interpolate designs and functionality as necessary, and identify opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies. • Design and build advanced applications for iOS platforms communicating with our servers

Requirements:

1. Proven 2-3 years work experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG or a related role in Bangalore.

2. Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competition in Bangalore City.

3. Must have Excellent communication skills in regional language (Kanada) along with English & Hindi.

4. Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently / as part of a team.

5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

7. Must have his/her laptop/Desktop, Smart phone+ Two Wheeler.

8. Flexibility to travel within Karnataka to meet with clients as & when required.

9. Ready to travel once in a quarter to HQ in Mumbai.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for monitoring project deliverables on day to day basis 
• Required to update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience.

• Proficient in MS Excel, and Presentation. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Notion is a plus. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Hands on Experience on OneStream or Hyperion Planning/Essbase Applications.
• Implementation experience including Building application, modules, writing Business rules is must
• Must have Vb.net scripting experience or Essbase Calculation expertise is mandatory
• Hyperion Planning & Essbase is plus
• Cloud experience is preferred (Azure, GCP)
• Hands on Experience with SQL Server and RDBMS systems.

• Segment our users by deeply understanding our clients and end users. You will talk regularly to users and prospects and draw qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Define our GTM and partner with the rest of the team to execute the GTM. It will include work like demand generation, ORM, slack community for our users, sales enablement and marketing assets.
• Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams - product, partner managers, marketing, and sales to craft thoughtful go-to-market strategies and drive growth initiatives.
• Understand and analyze the competitive landscape to define our own marketing strategy

• You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
• You will work closely with the tech and marketing delivery teams to architect and implement HubSpot setup and workflows so you can achieve client goals in the most efficient manner.
• You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
• You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
• You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
• You will be assigned as a Project Manager for the company's marketing services clients.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ Years working on HTML/CSS. JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with Content Management Systems like HubSpot, WordPress, etc. 
• Have experience in HubL and creating HubSpot templates using HubL. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
• Worked with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules from scratch.
• Worked on apps and integrations from the HubSpot marketplace.
• Understand APIs and integrations, from the tech as well as the business sides.
• Strong sense of design and are able to articulate what is on-trend, what looks good. Attention to detail is a must.
