Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, driving lead generation, and enhancing brand awareness in the global market. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy to help promote our products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Plastic Granules India's products globally.
• Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Oversee social media accounts and create content that aligns with the brand's objectives.
• Monitor website analytics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content, including banners, graphics, and videos.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the plastic granules industry.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

CTO + CoFounder wanted for our Tech startup where we're trying to build Connected Mobility in parallel to a "short videos app" meant for dashcam videos getting recorded straight from the user's smartphone. So you can say we're a TikTok of dashcam videos at the front.

Expecting the individual is capable & willing to work on these below languages-

Our backend codes are in CakePHP,
Admin Panel in Laravel,
Android is in Java.
No iOS app yet but we plan to roll it out soon.

Hence, we're expecting the CTO to be having fair idea/expertise about these languages. Also, we don't have an iOS app at this point, but it would be benefecial if there's a fair knowledge about iOS apps as well. Also, since the server being used is AWS we are hoping the person knows how to efficiently utilize various features of the same while linking the things.

Proposed Salary may be available only after angel investor, VCs come on board.

• Experienced in defining & realizing end-to-end Technical Architecture for large scale enterprise systems. Ability to identify and define non-functional requirements and design systems to meet the same.
• Strong experience in OOAD and in applying Design patterns
• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in Java/ JEE technologies like Struts/JSF, Spring, EJB, JMS Experience only on front-end technologies like Struts, JSP, Servlets, HTML will not be sufficient.
• Experience in performance testing and optimization of JEE systems on any of the following application servers - WebLogic, WebSphere and JBoss. Deep expertise in any one of the application server is a

The Role Expectation
