About the Role:
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and curious individual who genuinely loves social media, stays updated with the latest trends, and is interested in understanding how content, communities, and performance marketing work together.
This role is ideal for someone who spends time exploring social media trends, enjoys experimenting with content ideas, and is eager to learn and grow in social media and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay actively updated with current social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and emerging formats.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and developing engaging content ideas.
- Support content planning, posting, scheduling, and day-to-day social media activities.
- Monitor and actively engage with online communities, audiences, comments, and messages.
- Develop a deeper understanding of community management, audience behaviour, engagement, and brand communication.
- Research competitors, trending topics, hashtags, content formats, and audience interests.
- Assist in monitoring social media performance and analysing engagement, reach, impressions, and other key metrics.
- Develop an understanding of performance marketing, paid social campaigns, and basic Meta Ads concepts.
- Experiment with different content ideas, formats, and strategies and analyse what works best.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute digital campaigns.
- Continuously learn about new social media tools, platforms, trends, and digital marketing practices.
