About the Role

We are looking for a Purchase Manager with experience in interior project procurement and vendor management. The role involves working closely with interior designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely sourcing, accurate cost estimation, and smooth execution of material and product procurement across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Coordination

• Work closely with interior designers to understand project requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations.
• Provide market rates and vendor inputs during the design stage.

Quotation Management

• Source multiple quotations for materials, furniture, fittings, and finishes.
• Prepare comparative statements (quotation analysis) for management review.

Negotiations & Approvals

• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
• Obtain approvals from management and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure all approvals, contracts, and documentation are properly maintained.

Vendor & Material Management

• Identify and maintain a network of reliable vendors for all interior categories.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply as per project schedule.
• Resolve issues related to quality, billing, or delivery delays.

Cost Control & Compliance

• Monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure purchases are within approved budgets.
• Comply with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in procurement/vendor management in interiors or construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and cost estimation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and project managers.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP procurement tools.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• BPO Sales (Domestic Voice Process)
• Inside Sales / Tele-Sales
• Collections / Pre-Sales / Lead Generation
• (B2C experience preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to domestic leads/customers
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services
• Drive lead generation and convert leads into sales
• Maintain CRM records and update call logs
• Follow-up with prospects and handle queries effectively
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer experience through quality conversations

Key skills : Python, Numpy, Panda, SQL, ETL 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The work will involve the development of workflows triggered by events from other systems

- Design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions in the FX Derivatives group

- Analyse requirements for the solutions they deliver, to ensure that they provide the right solution

- Develop easy to use documentation for the frameworks and tools developed for adaption by other teams

Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

- Must have unit testing and debugging skills

- Good problem solving and analytical skills

- Python packages such as NumPy, Scikit learn

- Testing and debugging applications.

- Developing back-end components.

Skills ::

• Strong product management or consulting experience in technology focused business

• Domain knowledge in Freight Management or Supply Chain or eCommerce

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Hands on experience delivering large scale, enterprise, digital transformations
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Define a thoughtful, detailed, and executable rollout strategy for new features, releases, and products.
• Write business cases, perform ROIs, and prioritize and write user stories; partner with product development team to break things down and plan them into releases
• Translate high, level business requirements into detailed technical specs, and aggressively unblock the engineer teams to execute fast.
• Perform competitive benchmark analysis, analyze customer needs, look at surveys and quantitative data to come up with the right judgement of product and feature investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Technology.
• MBA with Freight Management or Supply Chain work or ecommerce experience a big plus.

Qualifications:

• BTech/BE in computer science, electrical, electronics or related fields

• 2+ years of front end development experience
