• Build and maintain strong partnerships with a portfolio of employers, which includes existing clients and local businesses, through regular outreach to understand their short and long-term hiring needs
• Secure job orders from employers when they have job openings and set the strategy for sourcing qualified candidates
• Prepare job seekers for job openings, ensuring they align with business needs
• Collect & analyze data related to openings, referrals, interviews, and placements
• Use data to measure the success of the partnerships and share with employers during regular outreach
• Use data to identify emerging trends across employers, refining training and recruitment strategies based on these trends.
• Develop partnerships with outside workforce and training organizations that prepare individuals for success within targeted industries (Technology, finance, banking, manufacturing, industrial design, etc.)

Key Skills and Requirements

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Express.js

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR in related field B.sc - IT/ BCA /MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech

· Programming experience in Web Application development with Node.js and Express.js

· Must have experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js or have extensive exposure in any MVC framework

Job Description for QA Engineer:

• 6-10 years of experience in ETL Testing, Snowflake, DWH Concepts.
• Strong SQL knowledge & debugging skills are a must.
• Experience on Azure and Snowflake Testing is plus
• Experience with Qlik Replicate and Compose tools (Change Data Capture) tools is considered a plus
• Strong Data warehousing Concepts, ETL tools like Talend Cloud Data Integration, Pentaho/Kettle tool
• Experience in JIRA, Xray defect management toolis good to have.
• Exposure to the financial domain knowledge is considered a plus
• Testing the data-readiness (data quality) address code or data issues

Examples of technical tasks:

Working on our backend SDK to implement APIs that will be consumed by the frontend widgets

Designing APIs for different auth recipes

Architecting auth flows

You will also be given non technical tasks like product brain storming, competitor analysis and writing documentation.

Requirements

Well versed in Golang with 2+ years of professional experience

Familiar with and comfortable working with Web frameworks like FastAPI, Django and Flask

Familiar with HTTP networking in Golang

Product Overview:

You will be contributing to products concerning both customers and partner drivers.

Product sectors include:

1) Growth: You’ll build tools to help boost user growth on the platform including our industry-best driver onboarding, training and certification system, referral system, and lead management models.

2) Lifecycle Management: Build tools to help users engage with the platform better, which include rewards and recognition modules, subscription services account management tools, partner and customer wallets and payout modules, and churn detection systems among others.

3) Transaction Experience: You’ll help deliver the most delightful booking experience to our customers and drivers. As part of this team, you’ll be responsible for our core booking system, pricing and payment

systems, location tracking and filtering services, fraud prevention systems, and in-app ticketing and support among others.

4) Fulfilment: As part of the fulfillment team, you’ll work on systems that ensure a high degree of ride fulfillment on the platform. Tools include allocation methodologies and systems, dynamic pricing, dynamic partner routing, and partner re-activation tools among others.

5) Enterprise Solutions: You’ll help Porter’s enterprise customers achieve delivery excellence. You’ll build tools for contract management, fleet management, fleet and route optimization tools, alerting and monitoring tools, and analytics suite among others.

Job profile: Product Manager

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

• Create business models and analyse competitive landscape.
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
