Role & Responsibilities

This is not just another dev job. You’ll help engineer the backbone of the world’s first AI Agentic manufacturing OS.

You will:

• Build and own features end-to-end — from design → deployment → scale.
• Architect scalable, loosely coupled systems powering AI-native workflows.
• Create robust integrations with 3rd-party systems.
• Push boundaries on reliability, performance, and automation.
• Write clean, tested, secure code → and continuously improve it.
• Collaborate directly with Founders & Snr engineers in a high-trust environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile
• Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)
• Mandatory (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures
• Mandatory (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Mandatory (AI): Must have hands on experience with using AI tools (eg: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Deepdcode) for coding
• Mandatory (Database Skills): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Mandatory (Cloud & Infra): Must have hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and SNS
• Mandatory (DevOps & Infra): Must have working experience with Linux environments, Apache, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring
• Mandatory (CS Fundamentals): Must have strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OS concepts, and system design
• Mandatory (Company) : Product companies (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Mandatory (Stability): Must have atleast 2 years of experience in each of the previous companies (if less exp, then proper reason)

• Preferred (Skills) : Candidates with strong backend or full-stack experience in other languages/frameworks are welcome if fundamentals are strong
• Preferred (Education) : B.Tech from Tier 1,Tier 2 institutes

We are looking for a young and enthusiastic personality who loves coding. Who is passionate and ready to tackle some of the most difficult problems in the laundry industry. 

We believe that user-centric design ultimately leads to the best products, so we listen closely to our users, both external and internal. As an engineer on our close-knit, cross-functional team, you’ll be an active voice in shaping our product. 

You will play a role in product planning, drive the implementation and release of major features, and be a champion of best practices for writing well-tested, well-organized code.

Our tech stack is ASP.NET, MVC, Webform, WebAPI, MSSQL Server, JQuery, Javascript, Angular 2 and micro services architecture.Our platform is hosted on Google Cloud. 

• Work with internal business teams and management to define requirements and develop technical specifications.
• You will be creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Developing and integrating RESTful API services.
• Convert legacy code to new tech stack single-page web applications.
• You will be working with payment gateway, barcodes, QR codes, biometrics, integrating different hardware (printer, scanner, cash register, POS terminal, laundry and drycleaning machines, conveyor belt etc), map routing and distance algorithms.

• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, complexity analysis, databases, networking, and distributed systems.
• 3-4 years of experience with product development (.ASP.Net, C#.Net, WCF, MVC, SQL Server development applications, version control, CI/CD pipelines).
• Should have a strong online presence on different forums like stack overflow etc, Github etc.
• Excellent verbal and written skills. The ability to explain sophisticated architectures to engineers, product managers, and support & operation executives. You should also be able to write a proposal for your idea/solutions and take feedback from the team.
• Previous work experience at a product-based company or startup would be a bonus.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of digital ad tech ecosystem

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional environment on full-stack development

- Proven expertise in creating and developing scalable enterprise or B2C web applications

- Experience in REST API development and MVC/MVVM development methodologies

- Deep understanding of the underlying architecture of web servers, load balancing, and browser nuances. Basically, a solid understanding of fundamentals - including execution models, asynchronous programming, object-oriented concepts, relational concepts, etc.

- Proficiency in one or more of Node.js/MEAN stack, Python, Java or other frameworks and willing to be flexible on stack as per the requirement of the project. Most of our current development is on the MEAN stack - expertise in the stack will be a definite plus
