Key Responsibilities:
- AI-Driven Design Creation: Use AI tools to generate jewelry design inspirations based on existing styles, trend boards, or collection themes.
- Prompt Engineering: Write precise, creative, and visually descriptive AI prompts to generate high-quality jewelry design outputs.
- Design Analysis: Study and analyze existing jewelry collections (both ASHI and competitors) to identify design patterns, motifs, and market opportunities specific to the U.S. market.
- Concept Development: Develop new design ideas inspired by existing styles — maintaining balance between innovation and brand consistency.
- Trend Research: Keep track of current jewelry design trends, color palettes, and fashion influences relevant to the U.S. jewelry industry to integrate them into new design concepts.
- Manufacturing Support: Coordinate with CAD, 3D modeling, and production teams to translate AI-generated concepts into manufacturable designs.
- Documentation: Maintain structured folders for AI-generated outputs, including prompts, reference images, and design rationales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of jewelry design, aesthetics, and product development process.
- Experience using AI image generation platforms.
- Excellent prompt writing skills — capable of translating creative ideas into AI-readable instructions.
- Basic understanding of CAD design or 3D jewelry modeling is a plus.
- Good sense of design proportion, stone placement, and material combinations.
